We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard is getting used every day, dog mess has a way of showing up right when you do not want it, especially in a place like Dade City where warm weather and frequent outdoor time can make cleanup feel constant. That is why our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, with a simple goal, keep your yard ready for real life instead of one more thing on your weekend list.
If your family is coming home after errands, getting ready for kids to head back outside, or trying to enjoy a quiet evening in the yard, the last thing you want is to keep scanning the grass first. In Dade City, where people move through town along U.S. 301 and still make room for backyard time, recurring service helps keep that routine easy. We handle Dog Poop Clean Up on a schedule that fits the way local pet parents actually live, so you can spend less time managing the mess and more time enjoying the space.
Recurrence matters because one cleanup does not stay useful for long. Dogs do not care about your calendar, and warm, humid conditions can make odor build faster than many families expect. That is especially frustrating when the backyard is where the kids play, where the dog runs first thing in the morning, and where you want to relax after a long day. Regular visits help keep the grass cleaner, reduce the chance of stepping in something unwanted, and make the yard feel ready whenever you are.
We also see how local outdoor habits shape the need for steady service. The Withlacoochee State Trail brings a lot of people into a walk, ride, and outdoor routine nearby, and that same kind of active, outdoorsy rhythm often carries home into the yard. If your dogs are coming in and out more often, or if your play area gets steady use, staying ahead of buildup is simply easier than catching up after it has already piled up.
The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easier to get started without a big first step. After that, we keep the visits consistent so the yard does not become another chore you have to remember, reschedule, or squeeze in between everything else. That consistency is the real value for a lot of Dade City pet parents, especially when the week gets busy and the backyard is still supposed to be the easy part of home.
We keep the service convenient, reliable, and focused on the parts of the yard your family uses most, like play areas, fence lines, and the spots where dogs naturally gather. If you want cleaner grass, less odor, and a backyard that feels more footloose and worry-free for family time and friends, our Dade City team is ready to help. Sign up for recurring POOP 911 service today, and let us keep your yard cleaner week after week.

Poop 911 does a great job taking care of all the mess my five large dogs leave behind. They are reliable and thorough. They have been very diligent about ensuring that the gates are closed before they leave, which is of supreme importance to me.. They are also extremely kind to my exuberant dogs when they encounter them outdoors. I am extremely happy with their job performance.

Very thorough walking through of property. Excellent communication. The online sign-up was a little bumpy between the automated messaging and automated phone call. But signing up worked out in the end. Great service for pet owners!

I've been using Poop911 for several years now. First in Palm Harbor and currently in Spring Hill. They do a great job cleaning up the yard after 4 dogs and are very professional. They always let me know when they're on the way and go the extra mile to make sure the job is done well. The service is very budget friendly and reliable. I highly recommend Poop911 to take care of the dog doo in your yard! I believe any prior negative reviews were during transfer of ownership.

I am very disappointed with this service. I had an initial appointment on 1/21/2025. And I didn’t hear from anyone all day, so I called the 800 number and had to leave several messages. It has been almost a week and still no contact. I called the local New Port Richey location and a man referred me to my local person who acted if my busy wasn’t needed and basically didn’t care that I was cancelling service. So, I assume that this company has so many clients that they don’t need anymore. I called Doody Calls 800 number and an actual human answered and was able to help me.

I have tried to be patient, but this company does not believe in customer service. You can call the corporate all you want, and they say they will pass on "an urgent message because this is not how we treat our clients." I had an initial service scheduled for Monday, March 25th. No one showed up. I called them when I got back from vacation, and no one returned my call. I thought I'd give them another chance. So I made an appointment for 4/8. Guess what?! No one showed up, and they don't return calls. Probably a scam company. I'd love to know how the people they're getting 4-star reviews from actually got them to come to their house.

We signed up for the service two weeks ago. The first service was supposed to be 2/10 and no one showed up. We tried calling the next day and the corporate number keeps telling us they will send an urgent message. The second service was for 2/17 and no one has showed up. Now our portal shows no services scheduled. This company is a complete SCAM. BEWARE!!!!!
