Very dependable! Customer service is spot on as well!!! I would recommend them to everyone.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard gets used every day, poop cleanup can fall behind faster than most pet parents expect. In Duncan, South Carolina, that means one wet afternoon, a few quick trips in and out, and suddenly the grass, patio, and play space do not feel quite as easy to enjoy. That is where we come in. The Duncan POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand the real job is not just picking up after dogs, it is keeping the yard ready for family time without one more chore hanging over your weekend.
Duncan sits in Spartanburg County, and the county’s own materials show how much day to day movement and outdoor activity happen across this part of the Upstate, from Duncan area schools in District 5 to county roads and nearby community destinations. That matters for pet waste cleanup because busy households do not always have time to reset the yard after rain, lawn growth, or a week of dog traffic. If your routine includes school runs, errands along familiar roads, or quick getouts before dinner, recurring service keeps the yard from becoming the task that always gets pushed to “later.”
Our recurring Pet Waste Cleanup service is built for the kind of backyard use that happens in real life. Maybe you have kids who want to run outside after school. Maybe you are trying to get the grill going before guests arrive. Maybe your dog has one favorite corner of the yard that seems to collect everything. We focus on the areas that matter most, so you can use the grass, patio, and play zones with a lot less hesitation. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which gives your yard a fresh start before the regular visits begin.
That kind of routine is especially helpful in a place like Duncan, where local life can move quickly and yard time often happens in short windows between work, school, and evening plans. We help pet parents stay ahead of buildup instead of facing a bigger cleanup after several missed days. That usually means fewer step-in surprises, less odor when the weather turns warm, and a yard that feels more inviting when it is finally time to relax outside.
We also keep service practical. Recurring visits make more sense than waiting until the yard feels overwhelming, especially when dogs use the same spots again and again. If your family uses the backyard daily for play time, or if you want the patio and lawn to stay cleaner for cookouts and after-dinner hanging out, a steady schedule does the heavy lifting for you. Our team handles the cleanup with care, shows up reliably, and keeps the process simple so you can spend quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free.
For Duncan pet parents, that consistency matters. Warm stretches can bring odor on faster, and a wet spell can make the yard feel messy sooner than expected. Recurring service helps break that cycle. Instead of reacting after the mess builds up, you stay ahead of it with a plan that fits your household. If you want a cleaner grass surface, a more usable backyard, and one less thing on the weekend list, POOP 911 makes it easy to get started.

This place is horrible. They canceled your weekly service in order to accommodate their schedule, and the manager hangs up over talks to you. It will not resolve your issue. Please do not use the service. They are horrible.

I'd love to give them more stars but they never showed up to do the work. I scheduled an appointment and received an email the day before they were to come out, stating that they don't service my area. Ok, but it clearly states in two separate places on their website that they do. Two months later, they're still showing up as in my area due to not updating their site. It'd be nice if the services offered near me, were actually offering services near me.

They pick up our puppy's poo poo once every 2 weeks for about 12 dollars a week. And they are like Ninja's, you get a text letting you know that they are 9n their way, and you never know they were here. One of the smoothest services I've ever subscribed to.
