Very dependable! Customer service is spot on as well!!! I would recommend them to everyone.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When a back yard starts picking up after a wet stretch or a week of heavy use, dog waste can go from a small nuisance to the thing that keeps everyone inside. In Duncan, South Carolina, that matters because yards often need to stay ready for kids, guests, and dogs on short notice. POOP 911 is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand how quickly a clean yard can turn into one more weekend chore. Our Duncan Dog Poop Clean Up service is built to keep the grass usable, cut down on odor, and make it easier to enjoy your outdoor space without worrying about what got missed.
Duncan sits in Spartanburg County, and the town’s official site notes that it is centrally located between Greenville and Spartanburg, with easy access to I-85 and Hwy 29. That kind of everyday movement is part of the local routine, with errands, school pickups, and quick trips often shaping when the yard gets attention. It also helps explain why recurring service makes sense here. When the day fills up, waste cleanup is usually the first yard task to slide. We handle that steady maintenance for you so the yard does not keep waiting for a free afternoon.
If your household is like many pet parents around town, the yard is not just a patch of grass. It is where the dog runs, where the kids play, and where you hope to relax for a few minutes after work. Duncan’s town pages also point to local outdoor destinations like Stone Ledge Park, Linear Park, and Shipwreck Cove, which says a lot about how much families in the area value time outside. The same idea applies at home. A recurring cleanup plan helps keep the backyard closer to guest-ready, especially when you want to step out for a cookout, let the dog roam, or send the kids outside without doing a lap first to check the lawn.
We focus on the practical parts of service that matter in real yards. That means working around gates, side yards, fence lines, patios, and the high-traffic spots where dogs tend to return again and again. It also means showing up on a recurring schedule so you do not have to remember whether the yard was cleaned last week or the week before. In a place with active family routines and regular driving back and forth across town, dependable service keeps one more task from piling onto your list. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easy to get started and see the difference right away.
Warm weather can make odors build fast, and wet weather can turn missed waste into a mess that is harder to clean up later. That is why many Duncan pet parents choose recurring dog poop cleanup instead of waiting until the lawn looks bad. It is a simple way to stay ahead of buildup, protect the feel of the yard, and keep the space more pleasant for everyone who uses it. With POOP 911, you get convenient, reliable help from a local team that cares about pets and yards, and you get more footloose and worry-free time outside with your family and friends. If you want a cleaner yard with less weekend pressure, schedule recurring service with your Duncan POOP 911 team today.

This place is horrible. They canceled your weekly service in order to accommodate their schedule, and the manager hangs up over talks to you. It will not resolve your issue. Please do not use the service. They are horrible.

I'd love to give them more stars but they never showed up to do the work. I scheduled an appointment and received an email the day before they were to come out, stating that they don't service my area. Ok, but it clearly states in two separate places on their website that they do. Two months later, they're still showing up as in my area due to not updating their site. It'd be nice if the services offered near me, were actually offering services near me.

They pick up our puppy's poo poo once every 2 weeks for about 12 dollars a week. And they are like Ninja's, you get a text letting you know that they are 9n their way, and you never know they were here. One of the smoothest services I've ever subscribed to.
