Very dependable! Customer service is spot on as well!!! I would recommend them to everyone.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard is getting regular use and the weather keeps shifting from damp mornings to warm afternoons, pet waste can show up faster than most families want to deal with. That is why our Duncan branch of POOP 911 is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and why recurring cleanup can make such a real difference for everyday yard life here. For a lot of homes around Duncan, the goal is simple, keep the grass usable, keep odors down, and make it easier to step outside without wondering what got missed last time.
Duncan sits in Spartanburg County, and the county’s school district listing places Duncan in District 5, alongside Moore, Reidville, and Wellford. That kind of day-to-day routine matters, because once school pickup, errands, and after-work chores stack up, pet cleanup is often the job that gets pushed to tomorrow. We help remove that pressure with a recurring visit schedule that fits real family life, so your backyard is ready when the kids want to play, when the dog wants out, or when you finally get a few minutes to enjoy the patio.
A practical cleanup plan matters even more in a place where weather can make the yard swing from damp to dry and back again. National Weather Service climate resources for the Greenville-Spartanburg area show the broader region deals with regular rainfall and warm-season heat, which is exactly the kind of mix that can make waste break down faster, smell stronger, and get harder to keep track of in thicker grass. If you have a busy household and a yard that gets used often, staying ahead of buildup is usually easier than trying to catch up after a few missed weekends.
That is especially true if your dog spends time in the side yard, along the fence line, or in the same favorite patch near the back door. Recurring service helps keep those high-use spots cleaner before they turn into a project. It also helps reduce the step-in surprises that can happen when everyone is moving fast, coming in from errands, or heading back inside after playtime. For families who want more usable backyard space, that steady routine is often the difference between a yard that feels ready and one that quietly becomes another chore.
We also know convenience matters. A lot of pet parents in Duncan are juggling work, school runs, and weekend plans, and a reliable pickup schedule is easier to live with than remembering to handle it on your own. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easy to get started without adding one more thing to your to-do list. After that, we keep the visit pattern consistent so you can spend more quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free.
If you want a cleaner outdoor space without the hassle, POOP 911 is ready to help. For a simple, neighborly dog poop removal service in Duncan, South Carolina, reach out today and set up recurring service that keeps your yard ready for play, cookouts, and everyday life.

This place is horrible. They canceled your weekly service in order to accommodate their schedule, and the manager hangs up over talks to you. It will not resolve your issue. Please do not use the service. They are horrible.

I'd love to give them more stars but they never showed up to do the work. I scheduled an appointment and received an email the day before they were to come out, stating that they don't service my area. Ok, but it clearly states in two separate places on their website that they do. Two months later, they're still showing up as in my area due to not updating their site. It'd be nice if the services offered near me, were actually offering services near me.

They pick up our puppy's poo poo once every 2 weeks for about 12 dollars a week. And they are like Ninja's, you get a text letting you know that they are 9n their way, and you never know they were here. One of the smoothest services I've ever subscribed to.
