BEWARE! This company charged me for months of service after I cancelled! I had already cancelled and moved out of this home to a new residence and they continued to bill me. It had been a while since the waste had been picked up, and when she was finished, the yard was poop free !!!! They show up every week on time. I am notified before they arrive to have the dogs inside. They promptly clean/scoop the yard and dispose of the waist before heading out. Workers have been very friendly and nice. They even came out to scoop once the roads were better from the snow !

I've been using them for a while Natalie who came out was awesome! She always sent a text when she was on her way. Friday I received a text from owner saying I owed $2xx.xx, this surprised me because it comes directly out of my account. I asked her for an invoice and never heard back from her. So that evening I sent a text again asking for an invoice. There was a price increase that I was not aware of, she said I was sent an email but never received one. Turns out my debit card expired, as a business owner myself I would never let 8 weeks pass before getting in touch with my customer and seeing what the issue was. I have chose to find another company that I feel is more confident and on top of the business practices.
