Refuse to answer phone/voicemails & continue to move out the date of pick up. Has been over a month since last pick up and trying to get ahold of whoever runs this leads no where. The date was once again pushed out a week without anyone contacting to state why. Left another voicemail as well to cancel the whole account and service. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

I ordered the service for my mom as a gift. They were to come on Monday April 12th for the initial yard cleanup. I indicated it had been one to three months since the yard waste had been removed from the backyard. Monday evening I received a receipt via email that indicated the technician had been in the yard from 10:10 a.m. until 10:55 a.m. that day. I had already spoken with my mom earlier in the evening and she indicated that the backyard was still a full of yard waste. When I received the receipt I contacted my mom and asked if she was sure they hadn't come and she went outside and took photos of the waste still in the grass. My mom also indicated that she was home at the time the technician supposedly came and where she was sitting She would have seen someone enter the backyard and leave the backyard. Her neighbor also indicated that she came home about 10:15 a.m. and there were no vehicles present. On April 12th and 13th I called and left voicemails with the local service provider to discuss this with them and I have still not received a return call. I am extremely disappointed in the service at this point. More than anything I would simply like a return phone call at this point. My mom has other neighbors who use the same service provider and they indicate they've not had issues in the past however this current situation is not sitting well with me and word of mouth is strong.

We used Poop 911 for the first time recently because our yard got out of hand while my husband and I quarantined during the pandemic. The first job was a very big job and I warned them about that but they were extremely understanding and a complete lifesaver. Someone showed up Friday morning and we didn't even know they were at the house and the yard looked spotless. 10/10, would recommend to anyone who loves their dogs but may have a medical condition or age related issues that affect their ability to always get the poop or people with crazy hectic lifestyles. They are a company that very obviously cares about the dogs, I couldn't ask for anything more.
