We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard is getting a lot of use, the cleanup can start to feel like one more chore nobody wanted. In Fenton, Missouri, that matters because families tend to use their outdoor space hard, especially around the city’s park corridors and trail areas near Fenton City Park and the Meramec Greenway. Our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand why a cleaner yard is not just about appearances, it is about making the backyard ready for real life again.
That is especially true when dogs are out there with kids, guests, or a busy household coming and going after errands. The city’s official park system also shows how much outdoor activity happens here, with multiple parks, paved trails, and leash-friendly spaces that encourage regular pet use and regular cleanup. When a yard sees that kind of traffic, waste can build up fast enough to make the grass less pleasant and the patio less inviting. Recurring Pet Waste Removal helps keep that from turning into a weekend project.
A lot of customers call us when they are trying to stay ahead of weekly buildup before it turns into odor, step-in surprises, or that one patch of the yard everyone starts avoiding. If your routine looks like school pickup, errands along major roads, and then a quick stop at home before the dog heads back outside, the last thing you want is to spend that short window cleaning the lawn. We can handle the regular visits so the yard stays more usable between your own busy moments.
Fenton also gives pet parents a practical reason to stay on a schedule. The city notes that it maintains over 350 acres of parkland and more than eight miles of bike and pedestrian trails, which tells you outdoor living is part of the rhythm here. That same outdoor rhythm applies at home. After wet weather, warm stretches, or heavy yard use, waste becomes more noticeable and less forgiving. A recurring service plan helps keep the cleanup from piling up, and your first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service. That makes it easier to start with a fresh baseline instead of waiting until the yard feels overdue.
We keep the process simple and dependable, with visits built around your routine instead of adding to it. If you have a side gate, a fenced play area, or a backyard that gets the most dog traffic, we focus on the spaces that matter most for day-to-day use. That way you get more usable grass, a cleaner patio, and less mental clutter every time you look outside. It is a straightforward way to spend quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free, without having to think about what the dog left behind yesterday.
If you are ready for a cleaner yard and a routine that actually stays ahead of the mess, reach out to set up recurring service with POOP 911 in Fenton, Missouri. We will help keep your outdoor space cleaner, more comfortable, and ready for the next cookout, play session, or quiet evening outside.

Liam does an excellent job! Very informative and keeps me up to date with arrival time and any delays.

when i initially signed up, i was quoted $22 once a week for my 2 dogs and my small yard. i then called to change it to every other week, and they changed it without calling me to let me know the price change. the price somehow went up to $47 for every other week- over double the price. i then called to cancel because thats just not something i can afford, and i told the lady on the phone that i would like to talk to someone first before i actually canceled. i got zero calls (again), and they canceled it. through this whole process i got zero confirmation emails (except about the tech being on their way, and confirmation about my initial sign up). they guy that did my initial cleaning was great, and he deserves five stars. liam k. i think was his name. i’m disappointed that you wouldn’t send out anything to confirm changes or call me when i ask to be called.

Liam was so very helpful. It’s great to have assistance with dog poop but Liam went above and beyond. He noticed a frozen pipe and came to the door to let us know. So very kind and helpful! Thanks so very much!

Terrible service they have left my gate open twice my dogs have escaped god forbid something would’ve happened to them. They also routinely will not show up due to bad weather when it will just be a dark cloud in the sky. They also change your service days around every other month. Don’t waste your money or your sanity dealing with this business. Also the owner Rachel is extremely rude & inconsiderate as you can see from her replies to all the one star reviews.

Deceptive. Website says they service Florissant but when you go in to fill out a form they tell you they don't. Website needs to be updated.

I do not know where to begin, with the superior, respectful, stellar, and prompt services I have received with the Poop 911 team members. As a person that loves and cherishes her dogs, this company exceeds my expectations in maintaining, monitoring, and ensuring that the yard in which my fur babies dwell is safe and sanitary. The owners are truly heaven-sent! They not only accommodate my needs, but their response time is IMMPECCABLE! There has not been ONCE, that I have called and there has NOT been a response! I feel confident and reassured that whatever needs I have for the servicing of my yard, they will be followed through with precision and professionalism! Please do not HESITATE in utilizing their services! You will be pleased, grateful, and reassured that the stress of cleaning your outdoor oasis is in the BEST hands of Poop 911!!

I’ve been using this service for more than three years. Great communication. Sometimes the guy misses some places but it happens. Especially if you have small dogs like mine. Overall I’d definitely recommend them and I have…They’re reasonably priced and friendly. If there is a problem the owner will make sure to investigate. Update 5/2023 apparently there is new management or a new owner…whatever is happening is a mess…no one communicates anymore…you expect them on a certain day and they just don’t show up…no calls or anything…no longer seems like a small business…starting to seem like every business around here…uncaring and all about the money…they won’t get anymore of my money…I’ve been scooping my own yard since they don’t show up every week like they say they will… 1/30/24 I haven’t seen or heard from anyone this month. I understand the begin of the month was way too cold, but no one has shown up or communicated to me what’s going on. I live in the city so maybe because they’re in St Charles they don’t want to work in the city and just don’t want to say…idk but it’s very unprofessional.

We've been customers of POOP 911 for almost three years, and have been thrilled with their service! They are very conscientious about communication and ensuring the yard is locked up again behind them. We have them come out twice a week and it's been such a relief to hand this task off.

They did a great job cleaning my yard from my little pug and giant Saint Bernards waste. I only wish they had enough staff to come twice a week because they are fabulous!

Great service and very responsive. I considered having this service for awhile but struggled with paying for it. However so worth it. They do a great job and it just makes my busy life easier. Would recommend. I have 2 large dogs and young kids who like to play in the backyard and now I don’t have to worry about the poop back there!
