Updated review 30 Aug 2024 I STILL can't say enough great things about this company. Liam does my yard. He does a thorough job in a quick manner. He also takes a few minutes to play with my dogs after he's done. And they absolutely love him!!! Liam has even taken to monitoring and reporting the consistency of the piles because Henry has tummy issues and if he gets diarrhea i have to treat it. 🥰 He comes on Tuesdays and always texts 10 min prior to showing up to let me know he's on the way. And by now, Liam has learned the dogs habits and knows exactly where they poop. Makes his job easier. Also gives him a few extra minutes to play with them. ☺️ I HIGHLY recommend this company for yard waste cleanup. They charge by the number of dogs, not the size. My husband accidentally let our dogs outside while we were getting our yard serviced - he ran out & called the dogs & repeatedly apologized & I came out & got our dogs inside & also apologized multiple times (our dogs do not bite but they did bark) - the technician went & told the company that my husband purposefully let the dogs outside (this makes no sense as to why someone would do that?) - based on the phone call I just had & the blatant lie by the person servicing my yard I would absolutely never recommend this company to anyone. Edited to add: the owner keeps saying they take this "seriously" - yes, I would too if my employee was under harm intentionally, but the only story that doesn't make sense here is that - we- the owners of the home & dogs would let dogs out to harm someone we've paid to service our yard. There is clearly an underlying issue here & it is not w/ us. We - again - were nothing but apologetic that we let the dogs out while she was here servicing our yard. Also - if you're in the business of dogs & can not handle a SINGLE encounter with them, maybe you're in the wrong business. Find another company who provides the same service - trust me. DoodyCalls is a good place to start & if you're so inclined please check out all my Google reviews as I am NOT the "leaves poor reviews" kind of person.
