I have used this company for many years. They have been nothing short of amazing. The communication was always fast. Service was consistent, and each time they came I was notified 15 minutes prior to be sure my dogs were put up. Gate was always left locked and shut properly. Overall incredible service and great people. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of this!

Being elderly & having some health complications, I needed to have a pet poop service because I recently inherited my daughter's dog. After investigating, I narrowed it down to two. I called one & they didn't call me back until several days had passed. I called Poop 911 & the owner called me back the same afternoon, earning points in my book. He explained & answered my questions patiently about Poop 911. He & his wife run the company & I liked the fact that it's family owned. I already had a day & time that I hoped to get the service, & he was able to arrange it on a set schedule. I had originally thought I probably could only afford the poop service every 2 weeks on my retirement budget. I was happily surprised to hear the really good rate they offer for every week poop scooping service so that was a real bonus. The owner is friendly & professional & made it so easy to understand how it's set up online. I felt comfortable & relieved in choosing Poop 911. On the first visit, I went out to introduce myself although not expected. The young lady was courteous & friendly, & explained she would close the gate & send me a picture of it. I totally appreciate that. I am so happy with my decision & with the service I get from Poop 911. I highly recommend Poop 911.

I had the best experience with Poop911. I scheduled a yard clean-up after my 200-pound English Mastiff left many deposits over the last two weeks, as I was unable to clean due to a medical issue. When I came home, Alex, my tech, had made EVERYTHING disappear. Like it had never had a dog, much less a giant dog, leave anything..He made sure I knew he was on his way, tied up the deposit bag so the smell wouldn't float around, threw it away, and latched my gate when he left. I'm so glad I hired Poop911 for my cleanup that I am now going to sign up for the recurring service! Finding a company that over-delivers and under-promises is rare. Poop911 for the win!!!!

I’ve been with this service for about 3 years. I have 2 dogs and a small yard, but when I had my baby, the maintenance became a bit much. Their service was nothing short of amazing. Extremely accommodating! I was always notified the day of my service when they were in the way and they were super flexible if I had last minute cancellations due to the weather.Nigel was normally the person who would come by, but on occ it would be Anthony. Both are amazing and Heather in the office is extremely nice and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
