For starters again, I rarely if ever give 5 stars for anything. 5 stars assumes perfection & nothing is ever perfect when it involves things people anywhere do. That said, I’ve been using Poop911 for over 2 years now & am very satisfied & happy with the service they provide. I haven’t used any of the other services but only my pets waste removal. Curt, my usual technician is friendly, professional & very thorough every visit. My dogs have been outside with me while he was performing his doody duties so I introduced them to him just in case. They like Curt & we don’t want any accidents happening so it’s wise to introduce your pets to your Poop911 technician for both the pets & the techs safely. I love the service Poop911 provides. I’m a 100% service connected disabled veteran & can’t get out to do much anymore. I have meneires disease which causes horrible vertigo so walking around looking down to clean up after my dogs isn’t a good idea. I will keep using Poop911 for the FANTASTIC service they provide. It’s a great value. They give a veterans discount of I believe 10% so I pay only $12.95 per week for 2 dogs one of which is a German Shepherd. So yeah, there’s usually quite a bit to pick up. You won’t go wrong using this service to clean up after your pets too. I do highly recommend them for their services! * UPDATE 11/11/25 Poop911 is apparently under new management in my area. I have been using Poop911 for nearly 5 years now. It is a great service especially for a disabled veteran like me! Under the previous management for about the last year the regular service guy seemed to spend less & less time ensuring the yard was cleaned up. He missed quite obvious spots in multiple places on every trip. Some spots at times the exact same turd for weeks in a row which was to me quite disturbing particularly when right in front of a doorway! I did report this one time but things never really changed. Now under the new management the new guy “Josh” seems to be taking the time & effort to ensure the Poop free yard that I was used to for the first several years I had the service. I look forward to many more years of this vital service by Poop911 going forward!

We have waited 2 weeks for them to come to my home. And for 2 weeks they wait till the day before they are supposed to be here and move us to the next week. So they want me to wait a 3rd week for them to start services. They clearly don't have enough employees to take care of the customers they schedule. We've canceled services completely. We'll find another provider that will actually show up when scheduled.

I absolutely love this service. Support is very responsive and the individuals who come to my house are always very friendly and professional. My dog is a territorial barker who trusts no one but the people who come to clean her yard are always kind and patient. I have severe chronic pain and cleaning up after my dog is incredibly painful so knowing I can trust Poop 9-1-1 to take care of it is an easy way to decrease pain while giving my dog a clean space outside. I highly recommend and I think the fee is definitely well deserved.

The communication before and after service was excellent. They sent me a text when they were 10 mins away to ensure my dogs were inside the house before they came by, as I requested. They were quiet during cleanup. My dogs didn’t even know that anyone was in the backyard until they were leaving. The poop cleanup was done very quickly considering I have 3 dogs and haven’t been able go clean my yard for months. They did a great job. I received a phone call after they left telling me what they found in the dog poop, which happened to be a lot of socks and underwear from my son! I’m scheduled for weekly pickup now. Very impressed with their service.
