great work, very quick service and thorough!
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard is getting a lot of use, dog waste can turn into one more thing to dodge before kids, guests, or a quick evening let-out. That is exactly why our Glen Carbon branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and why we keep the focus on making everyday yard time easier, cleaner, and less stressful. In a place with neighborhood routines that flow around Main Street, Route 159, and the Village’s trail and park network, recurring cleanup helps your outdoor space stay ready without another chore landing on your weekend.
Glen Carbon families spend real time outside, from the playgrounds and pavilions at Village Hall Park and Ray M. Schon Park to walks and bike time around the Ronald J. Foster Heritage Trail. Dogs are part of that routine, too, which means waste can build up faster than people expect, especially when the same back yard gets used for play, potty breaks, and a quick breather after errands. Our pooper scooper service is built for that kind of real life. We show up on a schedule, clear the waste from the areas your dog actually uses, and help keep the grass, patio edge, and fence line more comfortable for everyone else.
A lot of customers here are not just trying to keep up with one dog and one small patch of grass. They are trying to stay ahead of repeated use, changing weather, and the kind of weekly buildup that sneaks in after rain or a stretch of warm days. In southern Illinois, that can mean a yard looks fine one day and needs attention the next. Recurring service helps because it removes the guesswork. Instead of waiting until the smell is noticeable or the backyard feels off-limits, you get regular cleanup that keeps the space more usable for grilling, playing catch, or just letting the dog out without thinking about where to step.
That is also where the first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service. It gives the yard a fresh reset before the routine begins, which is especially helpful if the grass has gotten a little ahead of you or the dog has already claimed a favorite corner. After that, we keep the visits consistent so you are not trying to remember one more task on an already full calendar. It is a simple way to spend more quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free, while we handle the part nobody wants to do.
If your household looks anything like many around Glen Carbon, the timing matters as much as the cleanup itself. A busy school day, an evening commute, a few errands near town, and a dog that wants out the minute everyone gets home can leave very little margin for chores. Recurring pooper scooper service fits that rhythm well because it keeps the yard ready before the next round of use instead of after it becomes a problem. That is useful in backyards that connect to patios, side gates, or the most traveled stretch of lawn, where missed waste tends to get tracked around fast.
Our team keeps the service straightforward and dependable. We work with the practical details pet parents care about, like making the yard cleaner without adding another stop to your week, and we stay focused on the spaces where your family actually spends time. If you are near Glen Carbon Elementary School drop-off routines, heading along Route 159 for errands, or planning a weekend at one of the local parks, recurring cleanup means the backyard is one less thing to manage when you get home. If you want a cleaner yard and a routine that just works, schedule POOP 911 pooper scooper service in Glen Carbon, Illinois and let us help keep the space ready for everyday life.

The owner, Amanda is thorough in her communications to set expectations for the services they provide and how they communicate with their clients. Gabby is the employee that takes care of our yard and walks our dogs. She is warm and friendly with the humans and the dogs. She brings a calm energy and it was amazing to see my young dogs in the backyard with her doing their own thing while she picked up their mess - and the dogs were not jumping on her or stealing her tools. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with this company.

Online they said they serviced my area. Then when I never heard a response from them I called myself. The lady on the phone said they wouldn't come to my area but offered a one time clean up for over 100$! Even after their website said first cleaning is free. I think she just didn't want to come to my house. Very unprofessional. Also they still send me automatic text messages after 10pm asking for things like reviews when I never used their services.

I can’t recommend this company enough! They are always on time and very responsive. We get a text each week letting us know they are on their way and when they are finished. We are having a party and they had no issue fitting us in on a different day to make sure our yard was picked up for our guests. We appreciate Amanda and her team!

I couldn't recommend Amanda and her team enough. They are so kind and professional! I always get a courtesy text letting me know when they are on their way and when they are through with my yard. Amanda was so caring and thoughtful enough to check on my best friend when she was ill. She sent me a sympathy card when I lost my little girl. Amanda and her team are the best in the business!! We are so lucky to have found them.

Took care of four cats and cleaned their litter boxes. Weekly! They did a great job! Ray and Jean. I will chime in now. It is such a pleasure to come home to a pet-free poop area. Who would have thought that a poop business would make it. Thank you guys for being so nice and caring. Just the best! Ray.

While I have always loved sharing my home and life with dogs- staying on top of cleaning up after them has always been a struggle. As our family grew and our lives and responsibilities expanded- this chore became even harder to fit into our days. Hiring Poop 911 has genuinely been one of the best decisions we have made! Our yard feels like it is always clean and ready for any activities or get togethers. The whole team is awesome- and they go out of their way to make sure they are communicating with us about their arrivals, departures , and/or changes to schedules. They also give us a heads up if they notice any changes in their experiences in our yard- letting us know if our dog may be sick or may have some other changes going on. If you are on the fence about whether to sign up for this service- seriously just do it! Put an end to thinking about dog poop!
