The service has been great and much needed. My only issue was the initial sign up process online that added extra services that I wasn't able to remove until I called and asked to correct it. So my mother in law has had these ppl come for 2 years. She canceled last year due to the fact these people kept leaving our gate open and our dogs have gotten out countless times, well they said it wouldnt happen again so she kept them. Now it happened again today. This is totally unacceptable. How do you not make sure when leaving people's property TO MAKE SURE THEIR GATE IS CLOSED SO THEY DONT LOSE THEIR PRECIOUS ANIMALS?! I would advise to not go with this company. They denied ever doing it but was 'happy to cancel' 🙄

Absolutely horrible! I called this company to start service, spent 20 minutes on the phone getting questions answered giving them my debit card information and scheduling an appointment. The following day when they did not show up, I checked my email and there was one email that just said “sorry we cannot make it to your house. We have a full schedule.” It was unclear if that email meant they could not take me on as a new customer or we just needed to reschedule. I emailed them back twice. Never heard a reply. I left them a voice message. Never got a call back , I hate that this company now has my bank account information and I cannot even get a hold of them to tell them I want nothing to do with them anymore and please delete my account!

They showed up on the first day and I met with the person. I explained to her that she would need to call me to get into the back yard so that I could make sure it was safe for her. She confirmed I wanted her to use the number I provided and I told her the door bell would not notify me. She proceeded to only use my door bell and would then leave without calling me or attempting to access the back yard. This company is impossible to get ahold of and is not worth th headache when a service is expected.

Really trying to get in contact with them! I’ve called the customer service line many times and “emails have been sent”. We had our home serviced once before during one of our moves. They continued to bill me and I couldn’t get in contact with any other than one of the workers who texted me once (that they were on their way). Long story short, I paid a balance from continued service that I tried canceling. My card has since expired and they have continued to bill me. They sent a balance of $27 to a collection agency. I paid that just to avoid the headache of what could happen. They are now trying to send another $27 bill to collections. I have called you guys, emailed, texted. You serviced us ONCE 2 years ago. STOP CHARGING ME. Call or email me to resolve this.

I started my service with them in November. At first things were great. There were a couple of times they didn't show so I messaged the tech and they were off that day (Friday before a holiday). Ok, I can understand that. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. No biggie. Last week I realized at the end of the day that no one came to service my yard. I emailed them to find out what happened. I got a reply that the tech was hit with Covid and should be back on schedule the following week. I was surprised that they didn't have backups if someone called in sick since I do have a weekly reoccurring schedule. So I thought maybe I'm expecting too much and need to adjust my expectations. But it would have been nice, again, to have been told that service wasn't going to happen that week. Not ideal, but at least I would know. Well, here I am again the following week and no one came to service my yard. Once again I did not receive any notification. I thought when I emailed them back last week to say that I hope the tech feels better and that I must have missed a message telling me they would not be able to do my yard would be a subtle nod (a bit passive aggressive I know) that they should do it next time. I just got a new dog today and needed to upgrade my service, but instead I'll be canceling and going with another company. Poop911 is not reliable. And worse, they do not provide good customer service. I hope they realize good service isn't just the tech's responsibility, it's the whole company's.
