We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Backyards in the Haskell area can go from “looks fine” to “why does it smell like that?” faster than most pet parents expect, especially when dogs use the same favorite spot day after day. POOP 911 is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand the real-life version of yard care, the one that has to fit around school pickups, errands, guests, and a dog that insists on going out five times before lunch. Our Pet Waste Removal service is built to keep that routine from turning into a weekend chore you keep putting off.
If you are tired of stepping around the same hidden spots near the fence line, patio, side yard, or play area, recurring cleanup can make a real difference. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which helps get your yard back to a fresh starting point before regular visits keep it that way. That matters most in yards that get steady use from kids, dogs, and family time, because waste builds up quietly until it starts affecting odor, comfort, and how often you actually want to be outside.
For pet parents in and around Haskell, recurring service is usually less about luxury and more about keeping up with a normal household rhythm. One week of rain, a stretch of warm weather, or a fast burst of grass growth can make waste harder to spot, especially if your dog likes one shaded corner or the same strip along the fence. Our job is to stay ahead of that buildup so your grass, patio, and play areas feel usable again. We focus on the parts of the yard that matter most, where dogs actually spend time and where people are most likely to walk, sit, or let the kids play.
A lot of customers come to us when they are trying to cut down on weekend chores or get the yard ready before company shows up. Maybe the household is busy after work, maybe there are multiple dogs, or maybe the cleanup just keeps slipping because the week gets away from you. That is where routine service helps. We show up on a schedule, handle the mess, and keep the yard from turning into a task you have to mentally budget for every Saturday. It is a simple way to protect your time and keep the outside space feeling more open, cleaner, and easier to enjoy.

I used this service for roughly 2 months. The beginning they booked me an appt and then sent an email saying they were closed and didn’t come until the following Friday. There was another weekend they closed because it was too cold. There is no way to skip a service on your account and no way to cancel anything. Poor communication.

Poop 911 came as scheduled, worked quickly, and did a great job clearing the yard after an entire winter of us not cleaning up our dogs feces. Perfect for prep before an outdoor party. Would definitely schedule them again!

Horrible company! I was quoted a weekly fee and was told first dog waste removal was free. Company showed up a day late for appointment and then charged me for the first service after quoting a free first service and the worst part is they also told me the weekly services would be double the quoted charges! When I told Bella the owner I could not afford to pay double the quoted price weekly and asked why price doubled when my dog breeds and yard needs were openly discussed when quote was given, she then said I would be charged a cancellation fee of almost $75!! How can they charge a cancellation fee when they want to charge double the quoted weekly charge and are not willing to negotiate fee. Bella the owner was very rude as well during our emails back and forth. I called customer support for help since I did not want to deal with her and no one has gotten back to me. Very unhappy customer! Beware of this company they have very bad customer service and are very unprofessional!! I would not recommend Poop911
