I have two large dogs. I'm a little up in age & still work. Time is not always available. Poop 911 is wonderful. They come weekly I'm able to get the grass cut. The dogs love it. I just love ❤️ there service. Thank you 😊
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Backyard time is a lot more relaxing when you are not scanning the grass for surprises before the kids head out or the guests come over. In Heidelberg, our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand how quickly a tidy yard can turn into one more thing on the weekend list. That is why recurring cleanup matters here, especially for families who want the yard ready without turning every warm afternoon into a chore.
Heidelberg sits in Berks County, and local routines often run through nearby roads like Route 422 and the Tulpehocken Road area, so a lot of households are coming and going between errands, school, and home on busy days. That kind of pace makes it easy for cleanup to get pushed back until the yard already feels behind. We help keep that from happening by showing up on a regular schedule, handling the dirty part consistently, and making it easier to keep the outdoor space usable from week to week. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which gives new customers a simple way to get started without adding pressure to the first visit.
When the weather shifts around here, so does the yard. Wet stretches can leave grass soft and messy, while warmer days can make odor show up faster if waste sits too long. In a place where families may be using the yard for daily play, quick dog breaks, or a weekend reset before company arrives, staying ahead of buildup is the difference between “we should probably clean that” and “let’s actually enjoy the backyard.” Recurring service helps keep grass cleaner, cuts down on step-in surprises, and makes the space feel ready when the door opens and the dogs rush out.
Local outdoor habits matter too. If your weekend includes time near the Union Canal Bicycle & Walking Trail or a stop around Berks County park destinations, you already know how much easier life feels when the home front is under control before you head back in. A cleaner yard means less track-in on shoes and paws, fewer smells hanging around the patio, and more time to relax outside with family and friends. For homeowners in the Heidelberg Township area, that is often the real payoff, not a dramatic promise, just a yard that is easier to live with.
Our Heidelberg, Pennsylvania Pooper Scooper Service Company keeps the routine simple. We can stay on a recurring schedule that fits how your household actually uses the yard, whether that means one visit a week or a rhythm that helps you stay ahead of heavier use. If your dogs favor one corner by the fence, a side yard path, or the area closest to the patio, we focus on the spots that matter most for daily comfort. It is a practical service for pet parents who want the yard ready for play time, quiet evenings, and spur-of-the-moment get-togethers, footloose and worry-free. Reach out today and let us set up recurring service so your Heidelberg yard stays cleaner without adding another task to your week.

Best poop picker uppers around…I love that the humans come and clean my yard. I enjoy a big ole dump or two in my yard and watching the humans pick it up makes me laugh inside. I can’t wait to poop in the yard again and have poop911 pick that crap up. Thanks poop911, you’re heroes in disguise. -Reuben

Don’t use this company, they have given me nothing but problems. The communication is horrendous, the amount of times I’ve had to go out and double check the work of their employees and clean up what they forgot, I also paid for the spray and hardly ever got that service completed. To get ahold of somebody is like trying to pull teeth. If I was the owner of this company I’d be ashamed in the poor work and poor customer service.

I have two large dogs and developed severe pain in my knees that made it difficult to walk let alone clean up after two dogs. They come as expected, pick up and haul away all that poo! They text before they get there, so you know they're coming, which I appreciate. Great job!

Great company to work with. They have been scooping our yard for a few years and they are communicative. They communicate things to you without you having to ask a thing like rescheduling due to weather or employee call offs. Cheaper than having your grass cut.

We love Poop911! Kati is fabulous and always texts us when she's on her way so I can make sure our dog door is shut. If something happens that they need to reschedule us, they're great about communicating via email to let us know. The prices are reasonable and we love not having to pick up all the poop!
