These guys are fantastic they come in they clean your yard and no personal contact needed had minor website troubles but that’s it overall awesome service.

Staff (unlike owner) is nice but service has become increasingly unreliable. I hired them because I'm disabled and can't do it myself. After being a customer for quite some time I talked to the office manager to try to figure out a schedule that would work with my gardeners because my gardeners come late on Thursdays and my assigned day for pickup was also Thursday. Problem is that after a while they started showing up so late that my gardeners would already have arrived. I asked if I could be scheduled in the morning but they said they don't do a schedule. Since they can only give you an assigned day and will come at whatever time they can make it that day I asked if i could get service the day before on Wednesdays but they weren't able to accommodate that. Unfortunately to add to the difficulty, there were a few times that they just didn't show up. Last week my service was supposed to be Thursday. I got service this Monday instead. 4 days later. I don't know if you have big dogs, but 4 days after waiting a week is a problem. Normally I wouldn't care but It's happened before this time as well. So since they aren't able to accommodate my schedule and it's just been unreliable, I let the owner know I would have to cancel AFTER my next Thursday service because I found someone that could come on Wednesdays and that would work better for me. He instead cancelled my service right out and told me to have the new company do it for me. I scheduled the new company a week out so that I could give fair warning because that's the right thing to do when cancelling a service. So now I'll be left with a yard full of poop and will have to figure out how to take care of this until the new company comes next week. Nothing like the owner treating his customers like poop and acting like you should be the one being more understanding. He told me he hopes the new company doesn't get sick or miss service for any reason, as if I was the one being rude. Like how dare I find someone else. I'm more than understanding but I refuse to be treated like trash. I'm glad I found someone new.

My yard was in pretty bad shape. The person that came notified me before arrival and got right to work. I was so pleased that he was able to get my yard looking better. I wished I would have known about them sooner before my yard got so bad. The price is great. I did notice once he had already left that he blew a bunch of poop in a corner and left it I now have to go bag it my self. Glad he put it in a pile would have been happier if he picked it up. When starting the service they charge $10.to dispose of the poop. I didn’t pay for that service but didn’t realize that the fee was to put it in my trash can. If you are using the service due to unable to do the job for physical reasons pay the extra fee or you will have to do the heavy lifting your self. I would recommend this company.

Have two dogs and a small townhouse yard. It was bad back there. Like really bad. It was super easy to make an appointment online. The person that came out followed the directions that we left online perfectly regarding our side gate which most people still have to call about even when we tell them. Not these guys though, they had no problem following the instructions we left without having to bother us at all. The yard looked beautiful at the end. We set up monthly cleanups and I think we made a great choice. Professional and the quality of work is great. Could not have asked for a better experience.
