They come the same day every week (except for holiday weeks, but they let you know the adjusted schedule). They communicate via text and/or email - including when they are on their way, when they have arrived and are about to enter the yard, and when they have finished (with a pick of your closed gate). Their pricing is very reasonable, you get a detailed invoice via email immediately after they service the yard and they do a great job. I couldn't ask for more!

First service was great. Website says absolutely no contracts so requested to cancel after that service as I wanted to try them out, Martin the “Owner” of the South KC location came back telling me I must not have read their website cause it does say otherwise in the faq, which it doesn’t. He sent me some screenshot from his phone showing a policy I can’t find anywhere on the website that you have to stay a customer for 1-3 months at his discretion. He was very rude about me asking to cancel. He ended his email with “ So far I have heard of no dissatisfaction, just an issue created by your sign up and a failure to read the terms of service that every company uses. ” 0 stars for Martin in south KC.

For those of us that love our dogs but either don’t want the hassle of having to clean up after them or in my case, have an injury that has compromised my balance this is the team you want to call. They have made a significant difference in my life. I always know that my “dog relief station“ a 16’ x 16’ area will remain clean. Poop 911 removes the mess, double bags and places the bag in your trash and will deodorize the area so there’s no lingering smell. Once you’ve used their service you’re going to wonder how you could ever think about letting them go! Plus for a small fee they also provide professional dog walkers and trainers. Now this is a company that loves dogs!

POOP911 keeps stealing our poops! At least the doggos seem to think so when we let them out after the poop technician removes it and leave. Cracks us up watching the dogs look for their piles. My boyfriend has hired this company for about a year, for his pack of dogs. I initially subscribed for a couple months as a gift to him, but he loved them so much he decided to keep them around, permanently. Very professional, timely and did a great job in the yard. I’ve had a few of their workers come do my yard and they have always been wonderful and thorough. One even brought his wife and she helped rake our leaves after I had given birth and couldn’t get out there to do it. Another went around & picked up all of our sticks after a storm! Easy to work with and communicate with when we have gone out of town as well and needed to skip a week because our dogs also wouldn’t be home. Highly recommend.

Rain, snow, or wind they always seem to make it out to clean up what our dogs left behind. A god send in my book. With having kids and a busy work schedule it’s easy to push back cleaning up after the dogs. This service and the people take a huge weight off our family’s shoulders and we don’t have to worry about stepping in land mines. If they can’t make the scheduled date, they communicate well on re scheduling. Would highly recommend, and I shopped around before landing with 911 poop and I wouldn’t go back. I also have 2 Great Danes and a boxer so the mess can get out of hand fast and they have been on top of it since day 1.
