We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Busy yards do not stay clean for long, especially when dogs have a favorite spot by the gate, along the fence line, or right where the kids run through after school. That is why our Kimberlin Heights, Tennessee branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and why we focus on making cleanup one less thing on your weekend list. We help keep the parts of the yard your family actually uses ready for play, hanging out, and quick let outs without the surprise step-in moments.
For a lot of pet parents in the Kimberlin Heights area, the challenge is not just a messy yard. It is the steady buildup that happens between work, errands, school pickups, and weather that keeps dogs close to home. Rain can leave waste harder to spot, warm stretches can bring odor faster, and grass growth can hide what was missed last week. Our recurring visits are built for that routine. We can keep an eye on the high-traffic areas, the side yard, the patio edge, and those favorite dog bathroom spots so your yard stays easier to use.
If you are trying to get the backyard ready for a cookout, keep the play area usable for kids and dogs, or just reduce the amount of cleanup waiting for you on Saturday, recurring service makes a real difference. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which helps us start with a solid reset before we keep things maintained. After that, we come back on a schedule that fits your routine, so the yard does not get away from you between visits.
That steady upkeep is especially helpful when one section of the yard gets more traffic than the rest. Dogs often pick the same places near a fence, along a walkway, or beside a patio, and waste can build up faster there than people expect. A reliable pooper scooper service keeps those spots cleaner, helps cut down on odor, and makes it easier to enjoy family time outside without worrying about what is underfoot. It is a simple service, but it solves a very real problem for households that want their outdoor space to feel usable, not just “mostly okay.”
If you want a simpler way to stay ahead of the mess in the Kimberlin Heights area, we are ready to help. POOP 911 keeps recurring service convenient, dependable, and focused on real yard life, so you can spend more time with your people and pets and less time chasing down cleanup. Reach out today to set up service and let us take the poop out of pet parenting.

They show up every week and do an amazing job. Over 2 years of service and we have never had to call for service not being done right the first time. 100% recommend Poop911!

Despite having an issue with our trial cleaning (my yard was not clean after the visit), I believe this service is worth it. I was able to call and get another treatment the next day at no charge to me. Danny the tech was super nice about the whole thing, and ultimately did a great job on my yard. While I wish the bi-weekly pricing package was more economic, I find the weekly pricing reasonable. Overall, 4/5.

They are professional and they're always there when they say they're coming. I enjoy not having to pick up after my dogs.

The first visit was free but not a first good impression. Person grabbed a little bit and left within minutes...on camera. After they left my husband had to pick up a Walmart bag full of poop. Our yard is tiny so wasn't like it couldn't be found. So...hopefully the paid visit goes better.

They were on time and if I wouldn’t of caught a glimpse of him I wouldn’t of known he was there. I went into my back yard and was surprised by the results, I sat on my back porch the entire night comfortably.

What a life saver! The first service was completely free of charge! I was so surprised they actually showed up to clean my yard in the rain! They did an excellent job too! I know I will recommend this service to EVERYONE! I will keep using this company. I couldn't have cleaned it myself. I am so lucky I was curious about a wrap I saw on a car in traffic one day and found Poop!!! I couldn't be happier with the service! N . M M
