We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard starts collecting little surprises faster than you want to deal with them, it can make the whole space feel harder to use. That is why our Kingston, Tennessee branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we focus on the kind of regular cleanup that keeps everyday yard time simple. For many homes in the Kingston area, pet waste builds up in the spots dogs use most, along fence lines, by gates, near patios, and in the favorite bathroom corner that seems to get hit every day.
Recurring service makes the most sense when your household already has enough going on. A busy commuter household coming back from errands, a family with kids and dogs heading outside after school, or a homeowner trying to keep the backyard ready before weekend guests all run into the same problem. Waste does not wait for a free Saturday. It shows up after rain, during warm stretches, and anytime the grass grows fast enough to hide what was missed last time. Our job is to help keep that from turning into an odor problem, a muddy paw problem, or a chore that keeps getting pushed off.
We clean the places that matter most for daily use, so your grass, play area, patio, and dog run stay more pleasant to step into. If your dogs use one side of the yard more than the rest, or if the back fence gets the most traffic, that is where buildup tends to happen first. Regular visits help stay ahead of that, which means fewer step-in surprises and less time spent scanning the yard before letting the kids or dogs out. In a place like Kingston, Tennessee, where yard routines can change with the weather and the season, that steady rhythm can save a lot of frustration.
Our recurring Pet Waste Cleanup service is built for pet parents who want a cleaner yard without adding another task to the weekend. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and after that we keep the schedule consistent so the job does not pile up between visits. We work around practical access points like side gates and fenced areas, and we keep the focus on the spaces your family actually uses. That makes it easier to enjoy cookouts, playtime, and quiet evenings outside without worrying about what is hiding in the grass.
If you want a more usable yard and a routine that stays ahead of the mess, we are ready to help. POOP 911 makes Pet Waste Cleanup in Kingston, Tennessee simple, reliable, and convenient, with service that fits real pet-parent schedules and real backyard life. They show up every week and do an amazing job. Over 2 years of service and we have never had to call for service not being done right the first time. 100% recommend Poop911!

Despite having an issue with our trial cleaning (my yard was not clean after the visit), I believe this service is worth it. I was able to call and get another treatment the next day at no charge to me. Danny the tech was super nice about the whole thing, and ultimately did a great job on my yard. While I wish the bi-weekly pricing package was more economic, I find the weekly pricing reasonable. Overall, 4/5.

They are professional and they're always there when they say they're coming. I enjoy not having to pick up after my dogs.

The first visit was free but not a first good impression. Person grabbed a little bit and left within minutes...on camera. After they left my husband had to pick up a Walmart bag full of poop. Our yard is tiny so wasn't like it couldn't be found. So...hopefully the paid visit goes better.

They were on time and if I wouldn’t of caught a glimpse of him I wouldn’t of known he was there. I went into my back yard and was surprised by the results, I sat on my back porch the entire night comfortably.

What a life saver! The first service was completely free of charge! I was so surprised they actually showed up to clean my yard in the rain! They did an excellent job too! I know I will recommend this service to EVERYONE! I will keep using this company. I couldn't have cleaned it myself. I am so lucky I was curious about a wrap I saw on a car in traffic one day and found Poop!!! I couldn't be happier with the service! N . M M
