Lancaster Ny Pooper Scooper Service Company

Absolutely nothing !! After many occasions over 3 months notifying John that I only have 1 dog . He has continued to change my billing to 2 dogs randomly as hard as it is to recover from the loss of a loved family member. He sent me a text message that was unprofessional and disrespectful to me when I asked him to discontinue my services after this last over charge. Being treated this way is no way to run a business. I should not be made to feel bad for things that happened on a rare occasion when he continued to over charge me at will. Saying he couldn’t control the billing system. Especially when he had issues of his own that kept him from visiting the regular days for example saying it was going to snow when not a flake fell. Aldo complaining my grass was too long on occasions, reality is it was not cut because he didn’t show up the prior week when it is cut weekly by a service as well . Telling me that he had the right to charge me extra but never did. If this is what people get a nasty message longer than this when we leave your service I assure you I have no reason to ever recommend the service.

Words can’t explain how grateful I am that POOP 911 even exists! My family has been having a hard time for a little while and cleaning up our dogs business has been a tough task. Both my parents are now unable to walk well and can’t get outside to get the job done, also my fiancée works out of town so he’s hardly here and I work so much sometimes I’m just too tired to do it. They came a day earlier than expected, which was very thoughtful. We only needed the service done once but I am beyond satisfied with the job that was done! Our lawn looks great now and now I can hopefully keep up with it! Even if I can’t, I know exactly who I would call for their service! My family is beyond happy and satisfied with the job that was done! This has been a huge relief off our shoulders! Thank you again!! Keep up the great work!!

Chris is amazing! He takes the “unpleasantness” out of my life and throws it away!! His quality of service is extremely thorough, he’s always shows up rain or shine and is someone I trust to be around my home. Thank you, Chris, on behalf of myself and my little Peach!

Makes my life so much easier! Worth every penny.

Fantastic service!!! One of the best decision I've ever made!

Well I am soooo pleased with poop 911! I wished I would have known about them sooner. He came looking like a person enjoying his job, introduced himself before starting, on time, clean, friendly, made sure job was done efficiently..We have two dogs.need I say more? I would and will tell all my friends about them. They are worth every penny which I am happy with price because we have the two dogs I don't review often but this company was really worth a good word, we are ALL so happy. Thank u Chris, (Camille, Tillie) our fur babies

Just started service recently and everything was super easy for me. No problems with billing or the service in itself.

This is a great service and they do a great job!!! Highly recommended.

No-showed 2 weeks in a row, inflexible on which day they come out.

Good service

Excellent service!!

Website easy to sign up and schedule service. Recurring service is very cost effective. I know every week they’re going to show up, I never even know they’re there until I see the sticky on my door saying service was completed. The payment is automatic so I never have to worry about it. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful company! The staff is professional and they do a completely thorough job. If you own a dog, you need to call!

Great company. They show up as scheduled, never miss anything, and the price don’t change. I tell everyone I know with pets to give them a call

Had to update. I was asked by the business owner to leave an initial review so only fair to re-count why I left it to be fair if others are considering it. I think its a good service but I was charged double one week because grass was too high. Sorry the lawn care service missed a week. I would have preferred he skipped it or told me and I would have done it myself next time the lawn got cut. not to charge me double and not even tell me. I happened to catch the extra charge on my card with no warning. Then I was double billed another time had to fix. I almost missed it. Then I finally cancelled after 2 rate hikes a few months in. I was cool with it initially but I have a tiny little yard space he spent about 10-15 minutes in so after rates were increased twice not long in to the service that was enough. I also don't like that if it snows and there obviously isn't anything to get I'm still charged same price. I tried to skip a week when we got a foot of snow the day before he comes anyway and charges full price. It doesn't make sense to have to still pay every week. If you skip a week you pay double next time. You basically HAVE TO do it weekly or you pay anyway. Would be nice to take a break a couple weeks when money was tight and do it myself. That wasn't an option without paying extra to restart. (original post) What a great service! I would have never thought about finding something like this. I just happened to see that truck and what a great help it has been. I have a lawn service so it works out perfectly. I don't have to worry about getting things done before people come to do yard work. The price is so reasonable it's well worth it.

Such an amazing job! Very professional! John called to confirm and make sure he knew the layout of the lawn and correct area to clean. It has been a long winter this year and I needed extra help to clean up the yard. I came home to a beautiful and spotless lawn. I really appreciate the wonderful job John did. I will highly recommend this service to every dog owner I know. Poop 911 is the best! Thank you.

Great customer service, I have trouble bending knee and back issues and it is such a relief to have someone to help. His consistency and attention to detail is amazing.

Did an amazing job on my yard even after the winter thaw.

Fantastic affordable service, I used to use the dog butler and the owner lied to me about the pricing then billed me for almost a year without me noticing. My fault I guess. This service has been great and very straightforward

My brother got this for me awesome They came and I don’t even know it and I was home they did the job so quickly and when I looked out and saw the sticker I looked at my yard and all the poop is gone no matter if it was smashed or not they got it all great job I would highly recommend

About 2 weeks ago someone left a degradable garbage bag over my fence. It looked terrible. I was afraid they were going to end up there ever time. The look would have been horrible. I know they are biodegradable and I love that. But they will not degrade fast enough for my yard. Thank you Jody Kaplansky

My experience with the service it has been a very good one I got this for my son as a gift and it is a good service he's been very satisfied and happy as I he has a Great Dane so say no further more

Alaina is so easy to work with and always available for the silly "poopy" questions that need answered. They even pick up the "extra" in the neighbor's yard and just tell me "it's no big deal, happy to help!"

John is Amazing! He comes twice a week he's very personable. My dogs go out and visit him when he is here. He is an animal lover and someone I trust with my animals and he does a fantastic job with my yard. I am hoping to continue receiving service from John for a long time. It is very hard to find somebody and with me being handicapped I can't do it myself and he is always there for me making sure the yard is spotless

This company is very thorough and professional. I highly recommend them!

I have a very crazy life and very little time, during which poop pick-up I don't want to do!! This has taken a little piece of anxiety away for me, which I am so grateful for. Thank you!!

Very professional, checks every inch of my yard, Highly recommended, a job well done.

I love this service! Always friendly and always a job well come!
