I have used different services in the past no comparison. 911 are great. Very Thorough.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When dog waste starts building up in the yard, it can turn a normal afternoon outside into a chore you keep putting off. For pet parents in the Little Neck area, that usually means stepping around favorite potty spots, checking the patio before guests arrive, and trying to keep up after a few busy days. Our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand that the real goal is not just a cleaner yard, it is more easy time outside with your dogs, kids, and friends.
Recurring cleanup makes sense when your yard gets used every day. Dogs tend to return to the same corners, along fence lines, by side gates, or near the spot where they like to watch the neighborhood. Once waste starts piling up, the yard is harder to enjoy, odor can build faster in warmer stretches, and even a quick walk across the grass can feel like one more thing to worry about. That is why many households choose a regular schedule instead of waiting until the weekend cleanup gets out of hand.
Our service is designed to fit real routines. We show up on a recurring schedule, handle the cleanup, and help keep the high use parts of the yard ready for daily life. That can be especially helpful for a family getting ready for a weekend cookout, a homeowner trying to stay ahead of weekly buildup, or a busy household that comes home tired and wants the backyard to be usable right away. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easier to get started and see the difference before committing to the routine.
In an area like Little Neck, where yard use can shift with the weather and the season, staying ahead of buildup matters. Wet grass can hide waste better than you expect, heat can make odor more noticeable, and steady foot traffic can spread mess from the yard to the patio and back inside. Regular service helps keep those problem spots under control so your outdoor space feels more open, cleaner, and easier to use. That means less step-in surprise, less weekend chore pressure, and more time for the good part of having pets, which is relaxing outside with them instead of cleaning up after them.
If you want a simple way to keep your yard ready for family time, we can help. POOP 911 makes recurring dog waste cleanup convenient, reliable, and easy to fit into a normal week, and we work with the kind of real yard patterns pet parents deal with every day. I finally found a place that services Brooklyn and I couldn’t be happier! The set-up was so simple, they are professional, nice and follow-up. Most importantly, my yard is poop-free!!! People must think, how lazy can I be but as a single mom who works full-time, has a 3 year old daughter, 2 dogs and a cat this service is awesome! Poop 911 has given me the gift of time and they couldn’t be nicer and more credible if they tried! I am thrilled with their service!!

Update: 5+ Still no issues, the best. Really have never had a single complaint, they make life easier when you're working. Initial: 5+ Couldn't ask for better service. Showed up, cleaned up what must have been a hundred mountains from two Mastiffs while I had been on bedrest. Spray deodorizer across the yard that was eco-friendly and pet friendly and also cleaned up the concrete so you couldn't tell the dogs were ever even going there. Phenomenal service, even offered to walk the dogs and check in on them if I am unable to or away for the weekend. Hire this Service!

The service we have received from Poop 911 has been totally outstanding. Our yard was a mess of leaves, debris, and dog waste from not having time to clean the yard while renovating the inside of our house. Mike came twice and spent like 8 hours or more cleaning everything up. It looks like a totally different yard. I can’t say enough nice things about the company. Benice, the woman who answers the phones, is absolutely delightful. She took time to answer all of my questions and even gave me recommendations for a groomer and dog trainer. At Poop 911 they really take time to make sure their customers are happy and they go above and beyond to accommodate any requests one might have, not to mention all of the services they offer on the website. I compared many different companies before calling Poop 911 and none of the others offer anywhere near the amount of services they do. I am so happy that I decided to call them. I believe that we will be utilizing their services for a long time and I highly recommend them.
