Terrible customer service. I have tried to cancel this service for three weeks now and no longer have a dog. I am unable to access their website, left several messages also replied to their text when they are on their way, saying that I no longer need their services because I do not have any pets! But they are still trying to bill me , please be aware of their sham of a business. Replying to business: please learn how to read, I stated I no longer have a dog and my service was not cancelled when asked, nor did I hear from anyone from your business after multiple contacts. I received a bill today! Please look into your system.

I signed up for this service with the need for assistance in keeping my backyard clean. The initial visit was supposed to be free. They texted me they would be there and then never showed up. A technician showed up a week later, left his car running in front of my house with the music blasting, and was in my yard for maybe 10 minutes before he left. I was charged for the visit, and for a second visit for which they never showed up. You are unable to remove your credit card from the website as it states it is in autopay and can’t be removed. So these people continue to bill you for services that were never rendered, and do not answer phones, e-mails, etc. This business is a scam and I would stay far away. I desperately needed this service as a full time working single parent and instead got scammed. Hope you all feel really good about yourselves, taking money from people without working for it. Disgusting.

Weekly service , Always on time , cleans backyard thoroughly. Do not have to be home for service to.be performed. Honest , they found a cellphone and returned it to me.

Rediculous, don't waste your time. Unprofessional. I have THREE great danes, and the last visit she was here FIVE MINUTES. after sending an email, they apologized and didn't charge me for that visit. However, sent the same person back for the following visit, and she was here maybe ten minutes, video taping or face timing someone my yard while she was cleaning as to prove a point. I went out after she left and there was tons of mess still out there. Not worth the aggravation with this place.

Only removed waste from my grass. Paid extra to remove waste from rocky areas and it clearly was not done. Tried calling to speak to someone about the service and no one answers. I have left numerous voicemails and no response. And the first service was supposed to be free and I was charged for it.

Reasonable cost. They tried hard to accommodate my specific schedule. No one showed for the first week of service. I am not sure what happened and no explanation was given but they came the following week and the yard was thoroughly cleaned. Downside is it can be slow to communicate when you need to adjust your service. In general, be aware that these services (like landscapers) will change your day according to the weather. Otherwise, happy with the friendly people in the office and Francesca, my technician. Update: After establishing a regular schedule service has been reliable.
