I’ve had Poop 911 for over a year now & they are fantastic!!!! Their team is prompt & thorough with communication. I am always notified ahead of time prior to them arriving so I can ensure my dog isn’t in the backyard & they always let me know when they have finished. I will say Poop911 does a great job on my yard. My puppy is a poop eater so this is a necessity for us. They communicate very well with me and the boss has been great. They mathematically scour the yard so as to not miss anything. I would highly recommend them to all!

Edit: Within an hour of all of this management called me and essentially echoed my feelings without me prompting anything. The person that I had a problem with is new (very obviously new to customer service in general, in my opinion) and has been corrected. I consider this resolved. I've had this service for a few months. Until today I've been very happy with it. I received a text message stating they couldn't provide the service due to "the amount of snow" in my yard. Nearly all the snow in my yard is gone... When I challenged it the person said it was actually because the ground was frozen, they can't pick up the poop like that, and only at that point told me that I'm not being charged for the visit. If I can do it, the people I'm paying can also do it. I don't know their policies, that should be communicated upfront. I don't know if I'm being charged, that should be communicated upfront. Communication needs to be a priority. Period.
