Friendly, reliable service.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard gets busy with kids, dogs, and everyday coming and going, poop cleanup is usually the first chore to slip. In Madison, that matters even more when wet stretches leave grass soft, muddy, or simply harder to keep up with. Our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand why a backyard has to stay ready for real life, not just look good on paper.
For many pet parents here, the problem is not one big mess. It is the steady buildup that shows up between school drop-off, errands, and the next time everybody wants to go outside. If your routine takes you past Madison Middle School or Amqui K-8, or keeps you moving along Old Hickory Boulevard W, cleanup can feel like one more thing waiting when you get home. Our service is built to take that pressure off, with a simple recurring visit that keeps the yard from getting away from you.
A recurring Pooper Scooper Service is especially helpful when the same spots get used over and over. Side yards, fence lines, the area by the patio, and the strip where dogs patrol all tend to collect waste first. In a place like Madison, where outdoor time can swing from sunny to damp quickly, that means waste is easier to miss if you only check once in a while. We focus on the parts of the yard that affect daily use, so the space feels ready for paws, play, and hanging out outside without doing a full hunt every time.
That is where the first cleanup being free really helps. When you sign up for recurring service, we start by getting the yard caught up, then we keep it that way on a schedule that fits your home. It is a practical way to stay ahead of odor, keep the grass more pleasant underfoot, and cut down on the little surprises that make people avoid the back door. If your family likes to spend time outside near Pugh Bourne Park or around the neighborhood after a long day, a cleaner yard makes it easier to actually use your own space instead of working around it.
We keep the process simple. You set the recurring schedule, we handle the visits, and you get a yard that is easier to enjoy. That means less weekend chore pressure, less time spent scanning the lawn before guests come over, and less frustration when the dogs are ready to head back out. It also helps when you have a busy household that is in and out all week, because cleanup stays on autopilot instead of landing back on your to-do list every few days.
If you want a cleaner backyard and a more manageable routine in Madison, we are ready to help. Sign up with POOP 911 for recurring service, let us take care of the dirty work, and enjoy footloose and worry-free time with family and friends in the yard.

We have used Poop 911 for a full year with service 2-3 times a week consistently. Tiffany and her team are fantastic! We have three large dogs and having a clean yard for them to use is our priority. They are very professional and trustworthy. 3 services a week spanning 52 weeks and we have never had an issue. Updated to reflect it’s now been two years of continuous service and it’s been the same great experience. 😊

Wow! This company cleaned up our yard beautifully. We have three dogs and they didn’t such a thorough job cleaning up after them. It’s so nice to know my kids can play in the yard and have less a chance of stepping in you know what.

First time using the service was disheartened as the initial cleaning was higher but the gentleman barely stayed in the yard 10 minutes. Hopefully the future services will be up to par. The jury is still out

They are incredibly reliable and make my two dog yard so much more livable. I’ve used them weekly for a year and the 1 or 2 times I had any services issues they’ve always fixed it same day. Great service and customer service.

This service is great! Besides helping us, they were very responsive to the initial contact and did a great job. She even did it in the rain.

They always let me know when they will be arriving shortly so I can make sure the dogs are not in the backyard. They are good with making sure the gate is closed behind them and do a thorough job. They also have the option of taking the waste with them so I don't have to keep it in our trash can...which is excellent. Worth the extra cost!

I used this service as I was having to travel and needed someone to pick up the yard while I was away. With two dogs, I really didn't want to leave it untouched for 5 days. I called Poop 911 as the reviews were good. Tiffany was very responsive and was able to get service set up pretty quickly. Unfortunately, my son, who was home watching the pups, became ill, and I had to send them to boarding cutting my service short. But, I would gladly use them again in the future. Thanks so much!!

Life changing! We have 5 small dogs and used to spend at least 2 full weekend days a month cleaning up the yard. POOP 911 has given us the time back to enjoy our yard and do the things we want to do. They do a great job and keep us posted on their arrival time. Definitely recommend them!

We’ve only done the initial clean up so far but have them scheduled for 3 days a week. My yard was completely clean and picked up. So pleased with their thoroughness and communication before and after arriving!

They come twice a week to pick up the dog waste. Always send a text beforehand to make sure the dogs are secured. The yard looks great afterwards.

I have 3 dogs. Two over 60#s one around 50 I work 60(ish) hrs a week and have a hard time keeping up with the dog waste. I also work out in my yard and sometimes those two things make life gross. Today was my first service by poop 911. I went across my whole yard on my hands during my workout today, and found no evidence of dog doo... 5 out of five stars Well worth the price.

I recently subscribed to this service because I thought it sounded like a wonderful idea! When I initially called to get service no one answered the phone but I was able to sign up online... I answered a few questions and even added hillside to my yard which accounts for an additional $10 a week to be helpful and considerate. I paid what I thought was a lot for my initial yard clean up but they did a good job and came on time.... then.... this week my older dog has decided that due to the rain instead of the wet grass he wanted to go on the concrete slab in my backyard that is CLEARLY part of the backyard. I got a bill saying they came to service my yard and was charged, but when I got home from work my husband was outside and asked me when they were coming because it was getting gross. I was a little confused and reached out to the owner, again, politely, asking her if someone had come over because I was charged the full fee. The next day I had two lengthy voicemails on my phone basically in not so many words that it was my fault because I didn’t know that I had to include the concrete part of my yard?? And that they couldn’t clean up the poop because they couldn’t pick it up. I kindly explained to her that it was indeed solid and there I didn’t mind hosing it down but her tone and accusatory vibe was so off putting that I felt uncomfortable continuing service with the company. Hopefully if you have concrete in what clearly is in your yard that you learn from this review and kindly let them know BEFORE they come to your house.

They are amazing! I have 4 kids and 3 medium sized dogs. Due to the craziness of my schedule I don’t have a lot of time to pick up after my dogs in the yard. They come twice a week to clean up and deodorize my yard. They do such a great job, my yard looks and smells great! The prices are very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend!
