Friendly, reliable service.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard gets used every day, the little messes start adding up fast, especially in a place like Madison where family routines, school pickup, errands, and backyard time can all run together. That is where our Madison branch comes in. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we built our service around the simple goal of keeping your outdoor space ready for real life, not just for pictures.
In Madison, a lot of homes see a steady mix of people coming and going, from the Madison Community Center area on North Dupont Avenue to the Madison Park picnic shelters on the same side of town. That kind of daily movement usually means the yard has to stay usable without much extra effort from the homeowner. If you are trying to keep kids, guests, and dogs from tracking grime back inside, recurring Dog Poop Clean Up can take one nagging chore off your plate and make the yard feel like part of the living space again.
For pet parents who are juggling after school routines, weekend plans, or just a full calendar, the value is simple. A regular cleanup visit helps keep grass cleaner, cuts down on odor, and reduces the chances of stepping into an unpleasant surprise before you head out the door. That matters even more when the weather turns warm or when the yard starts holding moisture after rain. In a neighborhood like Madison, where outdoor space often has to work hard for family time, it is easier to enjoy the yard when the worst part of it is handled on a reliable schedule.
We also know that recurring service fits better than one-time help for many households. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, so you can get started without wondering how the yard will look after the initial visit. After that, we keep coming back on a steady rhythm that matches how your dogs actually use the space. That helps you stay ahead of buildup instead of reacting to it after the patio gets messy or the play area starts to feel off limits.
If your routine takes you up and down Gallatin Pike South, over toward Madison Station Park, or through the Madison Precinct area of northeast Davidson County, you already know how quickly a day can fill up. Our job is to make the yard one part of life that does not need another errand attached to it. We handle the cleanup, respect your property, and keep things convenient so you can spend more quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free. If you want a cleaner backyard and a simpler weekly routine, reach out to the Madison POOP 911 team and let us set up recurring service that works for your home.

We have used Poop 911 for a full year with service 2-3 times a week consistently. Tiffany and her team are fantastic! We have three large dogs and having a clean yard for them to use is our priority. They are very professional and trustworthy. 3 services a week spanning 52 weeks and we have never had an issue. Updated to reflect it’s now been two years of continuous service and it’s been the same great experience. 😊

Wow! This company cleaned up our yard beautifully. We have three dogs and they didn’t such a thorough job cleaning up after them. It’s so nice to know my kids can play in the yard and have less a chance of stepping in you know what.

First time using the service was disheartened as the initial cleaning was higher but the gentleman barely stayed in the yard 10 minutes. Hopefully the future services will be up to par. The jury is still out

They are incredibly reliable and make my two dog yard so much more livable. I’ve used them weekly for a year and the 1 or 2 times I had any services issues they’ve always fixed it same day. Great service and customer service.

This service is great! Besides helping us, they were very responsive to the initial contact and did a great job. She even did it in the rain.

They always let me know when they will be arriving shortly so I can make sure the dogs are not in the backyard. They are good with making sure the gate is closed behind them and do a thorough job. They also have the option of taking the waste with them so I don't have to keep it in our trash can...which is excellent. Worth the extra cost!

I used this service as I was having to travel and needed someone to pick up the yard while I was away. With two dogs, I really didn't want to leave it untouched for 5 days. I called Poop 911 as the reviews were good. Tiffany was very responsive and was able to get service set up pretty quickly. Unfortunately, my son, who was home watching the pups, became ill, and I had to send them to boarding cutting my service short. But, I would gladly use them again in the future. Thanks so much!!

Life changing! We have 5 small dogs and used to spend at least 2 full weekend days a month cleaning up the yard. POOP 911 has given us the time back to enjoy our yard and do the things we want to do. They do a great job and keep us posted on their arrival time. Definitely recommend them!

We’ve only done the initial clean up so far but have them scheduled for 3 days a week. My yard was completely clean and picked up. So pleased with their thoroughness and communication before and after arriving!

They come twice a week to pick up the dog waste. Always send a text beforehand to make sure the dogs are secured. The yard looks great afterwards.

I have 3 dogs. Two over 60#s one around 50 I work 60(ish) hrs a week and have a hard time keeping up with the dog waste. I also work out in my yard and sometimes those two things make life gross. Today was my first service by poop 911. I went across my whole yard on my hands during my workout today, and found no evidence of dog doo... 5 out of five stars Well worth the price.

I recently subscribed to this service because I thought it sounded like a wonderful idea! When I initially called to get service no one answered the phone but I was able to sign up online... I answered a few questions and even added hillside to my yard which accounts for an additional $10 a week to be helpful and considerate. I paid what I thought was a lot for my initial yard clean up but they did a good job and came on time.... then.... this week my older dog has decided that due to the rain instead of the wet grass he wanted to go on the concrete slab in my backyard that is CLEARLY part of the backyard. I got a bill saying they came to service my yard and was charged, but when I got home from work my husband was outside and asked me when they were coming because it was getting gross. I was a little confused and reached out to the owner, again, politely, asking her if someone had come over because I was charged the full fee. The next day I had two lengthy voicemails on my phone basically in not so many words that it was my fault because I didn’t know that I had to include the concrete part of my yard?? And that they couldn’t clean up the poop because they couldn’t pick it up. I kindly explained to her that it was indeed solid and there I didn’t mind hosing it down but her tone and accusatory vibe was so off putting that I felt uncomfortable continuing service with the company. Hopefully if you have concrete in what clearly is in your yard that you learn from this review and kindly let them know BEFORE they come to your house.

They are amazing! I have 4 kids and 3 medium sized dogs. Due to the craziness of my schedule I don’t have a lot of time to pick up after my dogs in the yard. They come twice a week to clean up and deodorize my yard. They do such a great job, my yard looks and smells great! The prices are very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend!
