We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Backyards in Mcdonald can go from tidy to tedious fast, especially when pets are out often and the weather keeps changing your cleanup rhythm. That is exactly why our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, with a service built around real yard life instead of a one-size-fits-all routine. When dog time, kid time, and outside time all share the same grass, regular cleanup makes a bigger difference than most people expect.
If your week already includes errands along the Panhandle Trail corridor and through the McDonald Borough area, the last thing you want is one more chore waiting when you get home. We keep the service simple and dependable so your yard stays ready for the next round of fetch, a quick break for the dog, or a calm evening outside with the family. And because McDonald Borough spans parts of both Allegheny County and Washington County, it helps to have a recurring schedule that fits the way local households actually move through the area instead of forcing cleanup into a random weekend slot.
Our recurring pooper scooper service is a good fit for families using the backyard daily for play time, especially when a dog favorite spot gets the most traffic. Around here, mixed weather and inconsistent cleanup timing can make waste build up faster than people plan for, then it becomes harder to enjoy the patio, the play area, or the open stretch of grass without checking every step. With recurring visits, we help stay ahead of that buildup so the yard feels usable again, not like another item on the weekend list.
The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easier to get started without putting off the reset your yard needs. After that, we keep the cadence steady so you are not trying to catch up after a stretch of rain, muddy paw traffic, or a busy family week. For pet parents near the Panhandle Trail and McDonald Borough Heritage Park, that kind of routine matters because outside space is often part of the day, not just something saved for special occasions. A cleaner lawn means fewer step-in surprises, less lingering odor, and more room for kids, guests, and dogs to move around comfortably.
We also make the service convenient for homeowners who are balancing school runs, commutes, and last-minute plans. When your household is coming and going, it is easier to keep a regular cleanup schedule than to let waste pile up and turn the backyard into a task you keep postponing. That is especially true in warmer stretches, when odor can become more noticeable, and in wetter stretches, when soft ground and tracked-in mess can make the whole area feel less inviting. Our team handles the dirty part on schedule, so you can spend quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free.
If you want a simple local solution that keeps the patio, play space, and fence line cleaner without adding more work to your week, POOP 911 is ready to help. Sign up for recurring service and let us keep your Mcdonald yard in better shape from week to week.

They come, clean hp, put the bags where they're supposed to and leave: you honestly don't even notice they're there - but like MAGIC and all the poop is picked up and gone! ♥️

I can't stand outside, with my back and pick up poop anymore. This service is great!

I really wanted to love this service since i saw so many positive reviews, but it was just average. I ordered the initial first time clean up, (longer than 3 months) and hoped I would go out to a clean yard. The next morning i picked up about 1/2 poop bag. I also asked for the clean up to be left behind so I could see how much was picked up. Nothing was left. They couldn't have been there longer than 5-10 minutes and when I noticed him leaving i tried to catch him, but he didn't stop. Hoping my next experience is more positive.

Usually they get all of the poop, but this time, there was so much missed I had to do it myself. 😢 Very disappointed this week.

**Update, inconsistent with service. More than one occasion a technician "serviced" our yard but left piles all over the yard and yet I was charged for service. My first regular service, the tech was a no-show but I was charged for service I didnt receive. They gave me the following week at no charge. Then about a month ago I reached out because of poor service, they apologized and corrected the problem. 2 weeks later, poor service again. Emailed them to cancel service, got no response. I emailed them again a week later asking for confirmation of cancellation email and still have not heard back from them. They started out strong for our initial clean up but after that, I was not impressed. We had our initial clean this past week. Our poor yard had not been cleaned in months because of the weather (I know, gross). They came as scheduled, and cleaned everywhere! They even got all the waste under our gigantic trampoline. We are thrilled. Very nicely done.

This is seriously the best money I spend. The dogs are enjoying the yard and so are we, and we're don't have to worry about anything. No more aggravating my back and hips, no more begging the kids, no more worrying about mowing the lawn. This is my favour thing ever!! Walter does a fantastic job!! Thank you, Walter!!

You did an excellent job on the parts of yard you did, but I think there was some confusion about where you needed to pick up. We have three hillsides. One straight in back that the dogs use up on flat part. None of that got picked up. The other 2 hillsides are in the front which the electric fence doesn’t go to and also on the left side where the pagoda is at. These are the 2 Hills the dogs don’t use. I’m sure when you come next week and look you will realize what I’m talking about. Thank you!!

Had issues with my house being located after going thru in great detail a description along with the address. When I checked at the end of the day after the job was done I see that we still have to be cautious walking in the yard. For the price I was expecting better, will just add this job to our spring yard cleanup. Much happier, they came back today to take a second look and the job looks 100% better. Thank you for wanting to make things right, it makes a big difference in today's world.

Amazing. They always come and do a great job with clean up. We have had one instance of bad weather where they let us know they couldn’t make it and came the very next day. You get a receipt for each week of clean up immediately after they billed you. Plus they just charge your card. Super easy. I would recommend them!
