We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When a yard gets used every day, the little messes add up fast. That is especially true around McKees Rocks, where family routines, quick errands, and changing weather can leave the grass looking less inviting by the end of the week. The local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we know the goal is not just a cleaner yard, it is a yard you actually want to use. Our pet waste cleanup service helps keep that space ready for kids, dogs, and the rest of the household without adding one more chore to your weekend.
In a borough like McKees Rocks, small yards and regular foot traffic can make missed cleanups more noticeable than people expect. A dog run by the fence, a side yard that gets the most use, or a backyard that doubles as the hangout spot can go from fine to frustrating in just a few days. We built our recurring service to fit that kind of routine. You do not have to wait for a free afternoon, and you do not have to work around the chore after every rain or stretch of damp weather.
Recurring pet waste cleanup is a simple way to stay ahead of buildup before it takes over the parts of the yard your family actually uses. That matters even more when the weather swings from wet to warm, because moisture can make waste harder to ignore and more likely to leave odor behind. A steady service schedule helps keep the lawn cleaner, reduces the chance of stepping in something unpleasant, and makes it easier to enjoy the yard without doing a quick scan first. It also gives pet parents a break from the same Saturday task week after week.
McKees Rocks households often move through the day with a lot of in and out activity, whether that is along Chartiers Avenue, near McKees Rocks Plaza, or after a busier stretch of errands through town. When the schedule is already packed, the backyard cleanup is usually the first thing to get pushed back. That is where POOP 911 is convenient, reliable, and handled by people who care about pets and yards. We focus on the practical stuff that keeps your outdoor space usable, so you can spend quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free.
Signing up for recurring Pet Waste Cleanup also comes with a helpful first step, the first cleanup is free when you start service. After that, we keep the routine going with visits that match your yard and your dog count. If you want less weekend chore pressure, a cleaner patio and play area, and a yard that is easier to enjoy in everyday life, let us take pet waste off your to-do list. Reach out today to set up recurring service with your McKees Rocks POOP 911 team.

They come, clean hp, put the bags where they're supposed to and leave: you honestly don't even notice they're there - but like MAGIC and all the poop is picked up and gone! ♥️

I can't stand outside, with my back and pick up poop anymore. This service is great!

I really wanted to love this service since i saw so many positive reviews, but it was just average. I ordered the initial first time clean up, (longer than 3 months) and hoped I would go out to a clean yard. The next morning i picked up about 1/2 poop bag. I also asked for the clean up to be left behind so I could see how much was picked up. Nothing was left. They couldn't have been there longer than 5-10 minutes and when I noticed him leaving i tried to catch him, but he didn't stop. Hoping my next experience is more positive.

Usually they get all of the poop, but this time, there was so much missed I had to do it myself. 😢 Very disappointed this week.

**Update, inconsistent with service. More than one occasion a technician "serviced" our yard but left piles all over the yard and yet I was charged for service. My first regular service, the tech was a no-show but I was charged for service I didnt receive. They gave me the following week at no charge. Then about a month ago I reached out because of poor service, they apologized and corrected the problem. 2 weeks later, poor service again. Emailed them to cancel service, got no response. I emailed them again a week later asking for confirmation of cancellation email and still have not heard back from them. They started out strong for our initial clean up but after that, I was not impressed. We had our initial clean this past week. Our poor yard had not been cleaned in months because of the weather (I know, gross). They came as scheduled, and cleaned everywhere! They even got all the waste under our gigantic trampoline. We are thrilled. Very nicely done.

This is seriously the best money I spend. The dogs are enjoying the yard and so are we, and we're don't have to worry about anything. No more aggravating my back and hips, no more begging the kids, no more worrying about mowing the lawn. This is my favour thing ever!! Walter does a fantastic job!! Thank you, Walter!!

You did an excellent job on the parts of yard you did, but I think there was some confusion about where you needed to pick up. We have three hillsides. One straight in back that the dogs use up on flat part. None of that got picked up. The other 2 hillsides are in the front which the electric fence doesn’t go to and also on the left side where the pagoda is at. These are the 2 Hills the dogs don’t use. I’m sure when you come next week and look you will realize what I’m talking about. Thank you!!

Had issues with my house being located after going thru in great detail a description along with the address. When I checked at the end of the day after the job was done I see that we still have to be cautious walking in the yard. For the price I was expecting better, will just add this job to our spring yard cleanup. Much happier, they came back today to take a second look and the job looks 100% better. Thank you for wanting to make things right, it makes a big difference in today's world.

Amazing. They always come and do a great job with clean up. We have had one instance of bad weather where they let us know they couldn’t make it and came the very next day. You get a receipt for each week of clean up immediately after they billed you. Plus they just charge your card. Super easy. I would recommend them!

They show up reliably every week. They leave me a slip stating they were there. They do an excellent job and I have two labs! And you can’t beat the price! Wish I would have done this sooner.
