Very dependable! Customer service is spot on as well!!! I would recommend them to everyone.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard gets busy with school pickups, errands, and a dog that thinks every corner of the fence line is part of the fun zone, pet waste can pile up faster than most pet parents expect. That is especially true in Moore, where Moore falls in Spartanburg County School District 5 and District 6, and where day-to-day routines often run along Reidville Road and through nearby neighborhood streets before everybody gets home and back outside again. Our Moore, South Carolina branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we know the difference between a yard that just needs a quick touch-up and one that needs regular help to stay usable.
Warm weather makes the odor problem show up faster, and a busy yard makes the cleanup window shrink. That is why recurring Pet Waste Cleanup is such a practical fit here. When the lawn is getting used for play time, potty breaks, and quick trips outside between work and dinner, it helps to have a simple routine that keeps the grass cleaner without adding another chore to your weekend. For many Moore households, especially the ones balancing work, kids, and a dog that never misses a chance to head outside, the biggest benefit is not just a tidier yard, it is less pressure at the end of the week.
A lot of customers want the same thing. They want to let the dog out, send the kids into the backyard, and not have to scan the grass first. That is where steady service makes a real difference. We keep up with the waste before it turns into the kind of job that takes over your Saturday, and that means fewer step-in surprises, less smell, and a more comfortable place for family time. In a place like Moore, where the County lists Twin Lakes and the Poplar Springs fire service area with neighborhood addresses right in the community, backyard routines tend to be regular, not occasional. Regular cleanup fits that kind of usage much better than waiting until the yard gets overwhelming.
We also understand the practical side of scheduling. Recurring service works best when it blends into your normal week, not when it creates another thing to remember. If you are coming home after errands near the county offices on Reidville Road or heading back from school pickups, you do not want to spend the first ten minutes outside checking the yard before the dog can run. With POOP 911, the first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, so you can start with a fresh reset and then let the routine do the heavy lifting after that. Our job is to make the yard feel ready for play, not to make you think about the mess.
Moore also gets the kind of mixed weather that can make yard conditions swing from day to day, which is hard on any cleanup routine. A stretch of heat can make odor stronger, while rain can turn a small mess into a bigger one to manage. Recurring Pet Waste Cleanup helps keep things from building up during those in-between weeks when the grass is growing, the yard is getting used often, and nobody has time to babysit the fence line. If you want a cleaner backyard, a more comfortable patio, and a simple way to stay ahead of the weekly buildup, our local team is ready to help. Reach out today and set up recurring service with POOP 911, so you can enjoy more footloose and worry-free time with family and friends in your yard.

This place is horrible. They canceled your weekly service in order to accommodate their schedule, and the manager hangs up over talks to you. It will not resolve your issue. Please do not use the service. They are horrible.

I'd love to give them more stars but they never showed up to do the work. I scheduled an appointment and received an email the day before they were to come out, stating that they don't service my area. Ok, but it clearly states in two separate places on their website that they do. Two months later, they're still showing up as in my area due to not updating their site. It'd be nice if the services offered near me, were actually offering services near me.

They pick up our puppy's poo poo once every 2 weeks for about 12 dollars a week. And they are like Ninja's, you get a text letting you know that they are 9n their way, and you never know they were here. One of the smoothest services I've ever subscribed to.
