We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard gets wet and tracked through, pet waste starts to feel like one more thing working against a clean space, especially on an island where stormwater has to be managed carefully. That is why our Neville Island branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and why we focus on steady, no-drama Pet Waste Cleanup that fits the way real yards get used here. On Neville Island, where Grand Avenue and the I-79 bridge traffic can shape the daily rhythm of the day, it helps to know the backyard will not turn into one more weekend task after errands, school pickup, or a quick trip across town.
For many households, the biggest problem is not just the mess itself, it is the way it builds up between busy days, wet weather, and family time outside. In Neville Township, the MS4 stormwater program specifically reminds residents to keep yard debris and other materials out of streets and storm drains, which is a good reminder that a tidy yard is not just about looks, it is part of keeping the whole property easier to manage. When the grass is damp, when kids are running in and out, or when a dog keeps hitting the same favorite corner of the yard, small piles can turn into a bigger cleanup job faster than people expect.
If your family is planning to use the backyard more often, recurring service takes one more chore off the list and helps keep the space ready. Neville Township’s parks show how much outdoor activity this area supports, from Memorial Park at Grand and Phillips Avenues to Cottage Park at Grand and Cottage and Mayernik Park at Grand and Third Street. That same everyday, outdoor-first routine is exactly why recurring cleanup makes sense for pet parents here. A clean yard is easier to use for a cookout, a quick game of catch, or a few minutes outside after a long day, and it means fewer step-in surprises when everyone is heading back in.
We also know the local weather can keep the ground working against you. NOAA climate normals for Pittsburgh International Airport show a steady stretch of rain through the warmer months, with monthly precipitation averages rising into late spring and summer. That kind of pattern is hard on lawns, because wet grass hides waste and muddy spots make cleanup more annoying to keep up with by hand. Recurring Pet Waste Cleanup helps stay ahead of that cycle, so your yard stays more usable instead of waiting for the next dry day that never seems quite dry enough.
That is where our service fits in. We handle the routine visits, keep the focus on the high-use parts of the yard, and make it easier to stay ahead of buildup without rearranging your whole week. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and after that we keep the schedule simple and reliable so you can spend more quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free. If you want cleaner grass, less odor, and a backyard that feels ready for people and pets, reach out to the Neville Island POOP 911 team and let’s set up a recurring plan that works for your home.

Do not use this service unless you like throwing your money away. When they actually showed up, the yard did get clean but it was not uncommon for them to not show up while still being billed. First time I mentioned it they gave me the exact time the guy was supposedly there. I checked my security cameras and no one was there and the yard was still a mess. They did end up sending someone out to service my yard but it happened again a few weeks later and again and again. I let them take advantage of me for too long before I finally canceled. I don’t have the time and should not have to continually check my security cameras and yard to make sure they actually came and to keep having to reach out for a refund.

I’ve used this service for a couple years now and I am pleased with the work. They come quietly, get the job done, and leave a tidy yard. I have had a little trouble with the functionality of their website, but if I have any concerns or need to change a service I send an email and they respond within hours. I have recommended this service to every dog owner I know!

As a longtime dog owner, I have always scoffed at this type of service since it is part of dog ownership. However due to a change of my life circumstances, I decided to try this service and IT IS THE BEST thing I have done for myself. Highly recommend.

First off, I have a German Shepard and a Shiba Inu. My yard was a nightmare after a winter of not keeping up with picking up their poop. I kept wanting to go out and do it when the weather would break but it was to much for my little scooper I have and I just felt overwhelmed. I gave up and made an appointment with these guys. Within two days they were here and had my yard back to normal in no time. I really give the guy credit who did it because it was bad and I think he must’ve been out there for a good amount of time but finished the job. I highly recommend these guys if you need a yard cleanup. You won’t be disappointed and it’s a fair price for what they do. Thanks again and I’ll recommend you to whoever needs your type of service.

So I called the company and left a message and got a phone call back and wanted to inquire about their services with prices availability and so on and so forth well within one minute of being on the phone with a representative from their company I quickly learned that they did not want the job as soon as I told the lady where I was located I was told that we don't cover that area I was too far out of her area Now mind you here is a screenshot of their website that shows my area and that it is covered it's a shame people don't want to work anymore. I will gladly find someone else...

Poop911 came in to remove dog waste from my yard. While I shouldn't have expected much for $12, I guess I was expecting all of it to be picked up. Multiple large piles of waste left in my yard, when I said something after the fact, the guy replied with "oh I didn't know that was your yard" when I clearly explained the property to the receptionist and she even looked on google street view so she could see while I was explaining
