Great service! So nice to have this chore taken care of.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Backyard time in North Ogden can go from “let the dogs out for a minute” to “why does the whole lawn feel like a cleanup project?” pretty fast, especially when family schedules are full and the yard gets used every day. That is exactly why our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and why recurring help makes sense for homes that want a cleaner space without adding another weekend chore. North Ogden is a growing city with thousands of households and plenty of busy yards, so staying ahead of pet waste is often less about perfection and more about keeping the space pleasant and usable.
We see the same pattern in a lot of real pet homes. A dog runs out after school, somebody steps around the same patch by the gate, and the backyard becomes part play space, part path, part “we’ll get to it later.” When the yard is getting regular use, waste piles up in the places people actually walk, sit, and let kids play. That is where recurring service helps most. It keeps the grass cleaner, cuts down on odor, and reduces the kind of surprise that makes everyone stop and check their shoes before heading back inside. For families that want more usable backyard space, that steady routine is often the difference between a yard that feels ready and one that feels half-finished.
If your day already runs through familiar North Ogden routes like Washington Boulevard, 2700 North, or the road connections that keep errands moving toward nearby Ogden, the last thing you need is one more thing waiting at home. Our service is designed to fit a real routine. We handle recurring cleanup on a schedule that makes sense, we keep the process convenient, and we focus on the areas pet parents actually care about, like play spots, fence lines, side yards, and the path to the patio. In a place where households are often balancing commuting, errands, school pickups, and dog time all at once, recurring cleanup helps keep the yard from becoming another task that eats up the weekend.
The local yard pattern matters too. North Ogden sits in Weber County, and the area’s seasonal swings can mean your cleanup needs change as the year moves along. After wetter periods, waste can get tracked around more easily. When the weather warms up, odor becomes harder to ignore. When grass is growing quickly, small misses can disappear fast until they are suddenly everywhere. That is why regular service usually works better than waiting for a big catch-up day. For pet parents who want less weekend chore pressure and a more footloose and worry-free yard for family time, recurring visits make the most sense. If you want a simple start, the first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service.
We also know that North Ogden families use their outdoor space in practical ways. A yard near the home becomes the spot for quick dog breaks, kid play, and last-minute get-togethers, not just scenery. That is why we keep the service straightforward, reliable, and easy to maintain. You do not have to plan a whole day around it, and you do not have to think about every corner of the yard yourself. If your home is near local recreation corridors or you spend weekends moving between home life and places like Weber County’s North Fork Park area, recurring cleanup helps make sure the backyard is ready when you get back. It is a small thing that pays off every time the door opens and the dogs run out.
If you are ready to make the yard easier to enjoy, schedule your North Ogden recurring POOP 911 service and let our local team keep the cleanup handled with care. We will help you stay ahead of buildup so your grass, patio, and play areas stay cleaner for the people and pets who use them most.

Have called twice but no one has called me back.

I had an appointment for 5/22. They never showed up. I called 5/22 and left a message and I called again on 5/23 and 5/24. I just get a voicemail and so I left messages. This was supposed to be my first clean-up that is free and now my account shows they are coming on 5/29 to do it again and charge me. The bad thing is they have my credit card number and there is no way to cancel it. I have tried everything to get rid of this scam! Don't do it!!!! It has been one if the most frustrating experiences I have had in awhile.

After a bumpy start, I am pleased to report that Cliff did a terrific job on our yard. We have multiple dogs and it's an ugly time of year. Cliff made sure to get waste and guaranteed that once the yard dries out he will be able to get any remaining. I am thrilled that I was able to use POOP 911, it's not fun to leave a negative review on a business. Happy I could leave a positive one!

I paid for this service for Feb. 4th we got tons of snow the day before so I figured it would have to be rescheduled. I never heard from them as to when they would be out. I tried calling only to get a full voicemail and when I used the "contact us" link it said unavailable. I feel I've been had.

Scam likely!! I booked this service and was so excited! Then they just never showed up! I called, left voicemails, even reached out via email. It's like they don't exist. I am now convinced this is either a scam to get your cc info or just the worst customer service ever.

Love it!!!! Punctual and always gets our yard perfectly clean! 10/10.

I signed up for this service based on the recommendation of a friend. I’ve been nothing but disappointed! I signed up for an initial cleaning based on the suggested available date on their site. Got a confirmation email and everything. They never showed, no call, no text, no reschedule, no explanation...... nothing. I then tried to call them to find out why they didn’t show up and see if I could get someone to come out and they haven’t even bothered to return my call! There also doesn’t seem to be any sort of email link to try other methods of contact. I would like to do a review of the actual service but I can’t seem to get any actual service. 🙁

I have been with them for 2 years and unfortunately I will be canceling. They changed the clean up day without telling me and were unable to do clean up on the day I needed. I also have been trying to reach them for probably 4 months to see if I could do an additional clean up and have not been able to get them to call me back, text me back, or even have one of their employees get management to call me back. They’ve been great at the clean up but because of these issues I’m looking elsewhere for services.

Best $11 a week you can spend! They are quick, thorough, discreet, and it’s so affordable! I wish I would have done this years ago! From the initial consultation I could tell their service is on point. I am extremely happy with their service and will be referring them to all my dog lovers

These guys do a great job and I never have to worry that they won’t show up and they are detailed in finding the dog waste. I have had other companies that weren’t consistent

So my initial visit was a rainstorm so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was harder to pick up in the rain my second visit I did a walk-through of my yard and there were about three piles of poop and all three were still there when I came home and their note that they completed the job was on my sliding glass door. I have left numerous messages trying to give them the opportunity to fix this and I haven't received a call back a text message nothing acknowledging that I paid for nothing so maybe with this review maybe I'll get contacted now and if they would like to have good customer service and fix this problem I will fix my review
