Staci has been doing my yard for sometime now, and she is AMAZING! She works with me on how I need her to access my yard, I never worry about my 3 large dogs getting out and she does an excellent job! I currently use these guys twice a week and for 3 dogs I feel it is affordable and it keeps my yard clean for my 3 year old to play in. I highly recommend these guys!

Awesome service they do an amazing job one thing I would recommend is maybe a text or call since my dogs aren’t friendly to people coming into the back yard just to make sure that the dogs are inside when your technician arrives

Signed up for weekly service. Was 3 days late for first scheduled service. Did a good job when they came, but 9 days later, no second service. My idea of a weekly service is every 7 days. Owner was quick to respond to email and give an explanation for the service delay. I understand things happen and there may be delays, but I need to know so I can take care of it myself if needed. Maybe we got started off on the wrong foot so I wasn't willing to give it more of a chance, but wondering every week if or when someone is going to show up wasn't going to work for me. Edit: I appreciate the owner being quick to respond with an apology and explanation. I was satisfied with the cleanup and had no issues there. I also understand things happen. My only issue was that I would have liked to been notified of service delays. Being a new customer and not knowing what to expect, the lack of communication made me question the reliability of the service.

Another no show, on the scheduled clean up day. No text, no call. I think POOP 911, bites more than it can chew. Unreliable service. I was giving them a chance to see if Cliff stick to his word, that if he wasn’t going to show, he will call us or text, but no text or call. Lots of frustration with this service. Beware, they do get your credit card number to charge.

POOP 911 provides a reliable and efficient service at a reasonable price, considering the number of small dogs in my breeding pack. The crew members are neat, clean, do not swear (at least in my presence) while scooping, and are courteous to me. They are obviously ‘dog people‘, treating my dogs with respect, courtesy, and occasional small treats so as to be seen as friends. I’ve experienced no ‘Cons’ to report, only multiple ‘Pros’. I am very satisfied with their service and have recommended them to other dog owners.

Since Cliff took over, I've been very, very happy with Poop 911. Have used other services in the area and they all seemed to really phone it in - with other services there was ALWAYS poop in the yard even after the service came (sometimes tons). I'm disabled so it's difficult to do myself, and was worth paying for the help even when I was doing so begrudgingly, and before Cliff, Poop 911 seemed like what I'd have to settle for - the best of bad options was Poop 911. Since Cliff took over (maybe summer of 2017?) I think they simply do a phenomenal job. Friendly to the dogs, the job is simply done well, and in the very rare times (as in, single time in about a year) that they made a scheduling error (they came accidentally when I was on vacation after I asked them to skip a week), they owned it, made it more than right and were very fair (came for free the next week). Love them!
