Very dependable! Customer service is spot on as well!!! I would recommend them to everyone.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard gets used every day, the mess can stack up faster than most pet parents expect, especially in a place like Pelzer where a quick week of rain or warm, humid weather can turn “I’ll get to it later” into a much bigger chore. That is exactly why our Pelzer, South Carolina POOP 911 branch stays focused on making cleanup easy for real families, and yes, we are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families. If you are juggling school pick-up, errands, and a dog that wants out again the second the leash comes off, recurring service helps keep the yard ready without adding one more task to your weekend.
We see a simple pattern in yards like this one. Dogs go out more often when the weather is mild, kids want the backyard for play, and nobody wants to dodge old waste near the patio, fence line, or the most-used patch of grass. In Anderson County, Pelzer is part of the immediate service area we work in, and local routines often center around Main Street, Hwy 20, and nearby county roads, which means families are already moving between home, work, and errands all day. A regular cleanup schedule fits that kind of life well because it keeps the yard usable even when the household calendar is full.
For many pet parents, the biggest value is not just a tidier look, it is being able to step outside without thinking twice. If your dog has a favorite side yard, if the kids cut across the same strip of grass every afternoon, or if guests tend to gather near the back door, recurring Pet Waste Removal keeps those high-traffic spots more comfortable. In warmer stretches, waste can also mean odor builds faster than people expect, so staying ahead of it matters more than waiting for a once-in-a-while deep clean. That is why recurring visits can make such a difference in Pelzer yards that see steady use all week.
Our service is built to fit around real routines, not create new ones. We can keep the schedule moving so you do not have to remember when the yard was last cleaned, and the first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service. That gives you a fresh start right away, instead of waiting for the new routine to catch up. It also helps reduce the chance of step-in surprises, which is one of those small annoyances that can follow you from the yard back into the house. For busy households, that kind of reliability is often the thing that makes the service stick.
If you are planning a cookout, trying to keep the patio cleaner, or just want more footloose and worry-free time outside with family and friends, we make it simple to get there. Our team handles the cleanup consistently, with care for pets and yards, so your backyard stays ready for play time, relax time, and everything in between. If you are in Pelzer and want a dependable routine that keeps the mess under control, reach out to POOP 911 and set up recurring service today.

This place is horrible. They canceled your weekly service in order to accommodate their schedule, and the manager hangs up over talks to you. It will not resolve your issue. Please do not use the service. They are horrible.

I'd love to give them more stars but they never showed up to do the work. I scheduled an appointment and received an email the day before they were to come out, stating that they don't service my area. Ok, but it clearly states in two separate places on their website that they do. Two months later, they're still showing up as in my area due to not updating their site. It'd be nice if the services offered near me, were actually offering services near me.

They pick up our puppy's poo poo once every 2 weeks for about 12 dollars a week. And they are like Ninja's, you get a text letting you know that they are 9n their way, and you never know they were here. One of the smoothest services I've ever subscribed to.

I used Poop 911 in Charlotte NC and where I live now in a rural area of South Carolina. I was extremely pleased that the service had been stellar across the board. I can't recommend this service highly enough.
