We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Weekend yard time goes a lot smoother when the dog waste is already handled, and that is exactly why our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families. In the Pompton Lakes area, recurring cleanup makes a real difference for homes with busy backyards, side yards, patios, and the spots where dogs like to circle back to the same favorite bathroom area.
When the weather turns wet, grass grows fast, or leaves and winter thaw make it harder to keep up, waste can get buried faster than most pet parents expect. A regular service keeps the yard more usable, cuts down on odor, and helps prevent those unpleasant step-in surprises that can turn a quick walk outside into a chore. For families trying to keep the backyard ready for kids, guests, and the dog at the same time, that steady rhythm matters.
We built this service for real routines, not perfect ones. If you are managing school pick-up, errands, or a house full of people coming and going, poop pickup is one more thing that can slide to the bottom of the list. Our recurring visits help stay ahead of buildup before it turns into a bigger cleanup, especially in high-use areas like fence lines, dog runs, patios, and the narrow side yard path that gets missed when everyone is rushing out the door.
Pet parents in and around Pompton Lakes often benefit from recurring service because a yard that looks fine at a glance can still collect waste quickly when one dog uses the same patch again and again. That is especially true after rain, during warm stretches, or when the grass is thick enough to hide what is underfoot. The result is a yard that feels easier to enjoy, and less like another item on the weekend to-do list.
Our first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and after that we keep a simple schedule that fits your routine. We can help keep the space cleaner for family time, backyard play, and those moments when you want to step outside and not think about what is waiting in the grass. If you want less weekend chore pressure and more usable outdoor space, contact your local POOP 911 team in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey, and set up recurring Poop Scoop Services today so your yard stays ready for footloose and worry-free time with the people and pets you love.

I think this company is fraud. No one answers any messages. No marked cars, people showed up looking homeless. They don’t do ANYTHING that they say they do on the front page. Can anyone confirm this?? Morris county office is def scam and fraud!!!

I used this service for roughly 2 months. The beginning they booked me an appt and then sent an email saying they were closed and didn’t come until the following Friday. There was another weekend they closed because it was too cold. There is no way to skip a service on your account and no way to cancel anything. Poor communication.

Poop 911 came as scheduled, worked quickly, and did a great job clearing the yard after an entire winter of us not cleaning up our dogs feces. Perfect for prep before an outdoor party. Would definitely schedule them again!

Horrible company! I was quoted a weekly fee and was told first dog waste removal was free. Company showed up a day late for appointment and then charged me for the first service after quoting a free first service and the worst part is they also told me the weekly services would be double the quoted charges! When I told Bella the owner I could not afford to pay double the quoted price weekly and asked why price doubled when my dog breeds and yard needs were openly discussed when quote was given, she then said I would be charged a cancellation fee of almost $75!! How can they charge a cancellation fee when they want to charge double the quoted weekly charge and are not willing to negotiate fee. Bella the owner was very rude as well during our emails back and forth. I called customer support for help since I did not want to deal with her and no one has gotten back to me. Very unhappy customer! Beware of this company they have very bad customer service and are very unprofessional!! I would not recommend Poop911
