Good service, great technicians, good price. You'll love having a poop free yard (and so will your meighbors). Techs inform me if their arrival and departure for my convenience. Love this service.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard is part of daily life, dog waste can pile up faster than most people expect, especially after a few busy days of school runs, errands, and letting the dogs out between everything else. That is where our Porter Ranch branch comes in. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we focus on making the cleanup part of yard care one less thing for you to think about.
For a lot of homes in the Porter Ranch area, the backyard is not just “outside space.” It is where dogs burn off energy, kids play, and family time happens when the weather is nice. The problem is that favorite potty spots tend to stay the same, which means waste builds up in the same corners, along fence lines, near gates, and around patio edges. If you wait too long, you get more odor, more fly activity, and more chances of an unpleasant surprise underfoot. A recurring service helps stay ahead of that routine before it becomes a weekend chore you keep putting off.
Our recurring dog poop cleanup is built for everyday use, not just occasional catch-up. We show up on a schedule that fits the way pet parents actually live, so the yard stays more usable for playtime, quick potty breaks, guest visits, and last-minute plans outside. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which gives us a clean starting point and gives you a fresh reset without having to tackle the worst buildup yourself.
That matters in a place like Porter Ranch because busy households often want the same thing from their yard, simple and dependable access to clean ground. Maybe you are trying to keep the patio cleaner before friends come over, or maybe you just want the dog run and side yard to stay pleasant enough that nobody has to tiptoe around. We help with the steady maintenance so you can spend more quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free. If you want a routine that keeps pace with your dogs instead of falling behind them, we make it easy to set up recurring service and keep things handled week after week.
Sign up for Porter Ranch, California dog poop clean up services with POOP 911, and we will take care of the messy part on a schedule that works for your home. Service has been prompt, efficient and thorough. It has been amazing to not run into my dogs poop all the time in my gardens and has certainly made my front door area so much nicer!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. The website offers a bait and switch promotion, offering a free first week if you sign up for weekly service. Their website boasts “ There is no contract, no commitment, and there is never a cancelation fee”. However if you try to cancel your weekly service, they tell you that THERE IS A THREE MONTH COMMITMENT and if you cancel before three months, they “adjust the cost” to their one time service rate, to the tune of nearly $200 for a single visit. Sounds like a CANCELATION FEE to me. Not worth it. Buyer beware. Do not waste your time with this company.

I have had the Poop 911 service for over two years. The cleaner comes weekly and takes care in walking a fairly large fenced yard and cleans it efficiently. I haven't had a problem with their work. This is one less thing I need to worry bout in my busy schedule.

We got over charged by over 400 and got half of it reimbursed. We were getting the run around from the company and the local scooper (?) 2 years later we now are getting pestered that we owe money (EXACTLY THE SAME AMOUNT THEY OWED US!) and are threatening to send to collections. Bad bad bad. This business stinks (pun intended)

Poop 911 was a great investment for us because we have three dogs. At the beginning we had a little problem we were getting charged and the person wasn’t showing up. Let’s say they were fired. Invest in the Ring that is how we discovered it. Months have gone by everything is great being charged three times a week like clockwork until I want to stop service for the winter and resume in the spring. Out of nowhere I see a charge for $500 from the company saying these are back charges from visits. An argument began because my accounts showed they were paid on a regular basis. So now my bank is handling this faulty charge. It’s too bad to we really liked working with them. Postponing for a couple months and they charge me unacceptable it doesn’t say anywhere that I would be charged. No we are going to be looking for a new company in the spring.
