I finally found a place that services Brooklyn and I couldn’t be happier! The set-up was so simple, they are professional, nice and follow-up. Most importantly, my yard is poop-free!!! People must think, how lazy can I be but as a single mom who works full-time, has a 3 year old daughter, 2 dogs and a cat this service is awesome! Update: 5+ Still no issues, the best. Really have never had a single complaint, they make life easier when you're working. Initial: 5+ Couldn't ask for better service. Showed up, cleaned up what must have been a hundred mountains from two Mastiffs while I had been on bedrest. Spray deodorizer across the yard that was eco-friendly and pet friendly and also cleaned up the concrete so you couldn't tell the dogs were ever even going there. Phenomenal service, even offered to walk the dogs and check in on them if I am unable to or away for the weekend. Hire this Service!

The service we have received from Poop 911 has been totally outstanding. Our yard was a mess of leaves, debris, and dog waste from not having time to clean the yard while renovating the inside of our house. Mike came twice and spent like 8 hours or more cleaning everything up. It looks like a totally different yard. I can’t say enough nice things about the company. Benice, the woman who answers the phones, is absolutely delightful. She took time to answer all of my questions and even gave me recommendations for a groomer and dog trainer. At Poop 911 they really take time to make sure their customers are happy and they go above and beyond to accommodate any requests one might have, not to mention all of the services they offer on the website. I compared many different companies before calling Poop 911 and none of the others offer anywhere near the amount of services they do. I am so happy that I decided to call them. I believe that we will be utilizing their services for a long time and I highly recommend them.
