We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Weekend plans have a way of getting delayed by one more yard chore, especially when the dog has a favorite spot near the fence line or keeps revisiting the same patch of grass. That is where our local POOP 911 branch comes in. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we focus on making outdoor time easier for homes around Ringwood, New Jersey with reliable dog waste cleanup that fits real routines.
When the yard starts to feel like one more thing on the to-do list, recurring service can make a noticeable difference. A regular cleanup keeps grass easier to use, helps reduce odor, and cuts down on those step-in surprises that can turn a quick walk across the lawn into a mess. It is especially helpful for busy commuter households returning from errands, families with kids and dogs sharing the backyard, or anyone trying to keep a patio and play area cleaner without spending part of every weekend on scooping duty.
In the Ringwood area, the bigger challenge is often not just one day of cleanup, but the buildup that happens when weather and daily use stack up. Rain can leave soft ground and muddy paw traffic. Warm stretches can make odors more noticeable. Leaves, patchy grass, and winter leftovers can hide waste until it becomes a bigger job than expected. A recurring schedule helps stay ahead of that cycle, so the yard is ready when the dogs want to go out, the kids want to play, or guests are on the way.
We keep the service simple. We arrive on the schedule you choose, check the high-use parts of the yard, and focus on the places dogs actually spend time, like side yards, dog runs, fence lines, patios, and the corners where waste tends to collect. If you are managing multiple dogs or one especially active pup, that kind of steady routine matters. It means less cleanup pressure on your end and more usable space between visits, without having to keep mental track of when the yard needs attention again.
For pet parents in and around Ringwood, the real value is getting back to normal outdoor life. You can spend more time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free, instead of wondering if the grass is ready for bare feet or if the kids will find a surprise before you do. Our recurring Dog Poop Clean Up service is built for that kind of everyday convenience, and the first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service. If you want a cleaner yard and a simpler routine, contact POOP 911 to set up service for your Ringwood, New Jersey home.

I used this service for roughly 2 months. The beginning they booked me an appt and then sent an email saying they were closed and didn’t come until the following Friday. There was another weekend they closed because it was too cold. There is no way to skip a service on your account and no way to cancel anything. Poor communication.

Poop 911 came as scheduled, worked quickly, and did a great job clearing the yard after an entire winter of us not cleaning up our dogs feces. Perfect for prep before an outdoor party. Would definitely schedule them again!

Horrible company! I was quoted a weekly fee and was told first dog waste removal was free. Company showed up a day late for appointment and then charged me for the first service after quoting a free first service and the worst part is they also told me the weekly services would be double the quoted charges! When I told Bella the owner I could not afford to pay double the quoted price weekly and asked why price doubled when my dog breeds and yard needs were openly discussed when quote was given, she then said I would be charged a cancellation fee of almost $75!! How can they charge a cancellation fee when they want to charge double the quoted weekly charge and are not willing to negotiate fee. Bella the owner was very rude as well during our emails back and forth. I called customer support for help since I did not want to deal with her and no one has gotten back to me. Very unhappy customer! Beware of this company they have very bad customer service and are very unprofessional!! I would not recommend Poop911
