I only have good things to say. Outstanding work! I have 2 large dogs, and I get home after it's dark, so the poo can pile up quick. Poop 911 is a great help to me, and the prices are definitely easy on the wallet. Plus there's online scheduling and billing, and you can get an emailed receipt after each visit/billing. I'll be a client for as long as I have dogs.

Service has been great. I had to make a cross country trip and was gone for three weeks. I had a friend watch my house but he was unable to pick up after the dogs due to mobility issues. Scott is the guy for your poop needs. It's especially great when he and the lawn people are on the same day conseculitively. However, through no real fault of his own, everyone got out of whack when my lawn people left for a month and we got shifted to other days. I really do like Scott and he does a pretty good job and is easy to work with. I just miss the synchronicity.

In a multiple dog household, I have enough to do with flea control, medications, walks, bathing, vet visits, feeding etc. It's nice to have this part of the week handled. Very consistent. Never missed a visit, always calls ahead as requested, but can be in the yard with my animals and not panic out. Also always insures that the yard is locked as he leaves. Highly recommended.
