We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard starts getting used every day, the little messes pile up faster than most pet parents expect. In Roxana, where routines often run along Central Avenue, IL 255, and the school schedule around Roxana Community Unit School District #1, it helps to have a cleanup plan that keeps the backyard ready instead of turning it into one more thing to manage. That is why the local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and why our Pooper Scooper Service is built around real-life yard use, not extra hassle.
If your home sees kids, dogs, and quick turnarounds between errands or after school, a recurring visit can make the yard feel usable again without you having to think about it every weekend. Roxana also has the kind of day-to-day movement that makes a dependable schedule useful, with people crossing town for school, the library at 200 North Central Avenue, or the park district area near 2 Park Drive. When your family gets home and wants to let the dog out, you should not have to scan the grass first. We help keep the cleanup part handled so the yard is ready when you are.
Recurring service is the easiest way to stay ahead of buildup, especially when the weather swings from wet to warm and the lawn is growing fast. That mix can make waste harder to spot, and it can make odor more noticeable too. In a place like Roxana, where outdoor time can change quickly with the season, that matters. Our service focuses on the parts of the yard people actually use, like the play area, the fence line, the side yard, and the path to the patio. It is a simple way to keep grass cleaner, reduce step-in surprises, and make the whole space feel more welcoming for your family and your dog.
We also know convenience matters. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, so getting started is easy. After that, we show up on a reliable schedule and take care of the routine work that tends to get skipped when life gets busy. If you are trying to make weekends feel lighter, or you want the backyard to be ready before guests come over, our Roxana team is here to help. With POOP 911, you can spend more quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free, instead of chasing one more chore before you can enjoy it.
For pet parents in Roxana, the value is pretty straightforward. One dog can create enough daily cleanup to become annoying fast, and two or three dogs can turn a small patch of grass into a constant task. A recurring Pooper Scooper Service keeps that from becoming a bigger job later. It is practical, reliable, and handled by people who care about pets and yards. If you want a cleaner yard, less odor, and a routine that fits the way your household really moves, contact POOP 911 today and let us set up recurring service for your Roxana home.

Highly recommend The whole process has been pretty painless. I was a little apprehensive because of the logistics of everything (first walk through if yard, meeting dogs, gates, etc) but I pulled the trigger and it couldn't have been easier. I did meet with my local contact and cleaner (Amanda) and she made everything so easy for us. Yes, it's a luxury but it is so nice having the peace of mind that this is done and I don't have to worry about it getting out of control. Amanda is really awesome and does a great job at cleaning up. She's also a great communicator as well and she texts which is great because I am in meetings all day long. Give it a try, you won't regret it and it's no contract so pretty much nothing to lose.

After seeing a Facebook ad for another company that did not service my area, I googled and found Poop911. I had my first service yesterday. They were on time, quick and did a great job. I highly recommend them!

I love working with Amanda and Riverbend Poop 911! Amanda is all about customer service and she delivers on it every time she services my home/yard. Whether I’m at home or at work, she texts me when she’s near for service and then texts me when she leaves. The yard is pristine after her service and we even have her use the eucalyptus spray (safe for pets) to keep the yard fresh! I enjoy choosing to work with people who are friendly, responsive and truly enjoy what they do - and that is Amanda through and through. I would HIGHLY recommend Amanda and Poop 911 to any homeowner with any size yard and any size dog(s)! You’ll be so happy it’s one thing off your household To-Do list!!!

Love this service and look forward to the weekly visits. Our yard is poop free, until we let the dogs out again of course. They are great with our dogs and our dogs look forward to the treats for being good at the end of the visit.

Amanda is very professional with a high attention to detail. 10/10 communication before she arrives at my home. Accommodates for special instructions such as entering/exiting yard in a particular way. We have two massive dogs and walking around the yard used to guarantee that someone would step in dog poop...no worries anymore! Yard is always clean, thanks POOP 911!

Fellow dog owners....we all know life is crazy busy, and we find ourselves short on time to take care of many of our daily responsibilities, especially when it comes to pets. If you are like me, do yourself a favor and reach out to Amanda. She just performed our first weekly service and our yard looks amazing. It only takes minutes to set up a service schedule on their website! One less thing for this busy Dad to worry about! Thank you, Amanda!

Did a great job when they finally arrived. However, the tech was about 2 hours later from the time he originally said he was going to be there. Kind of held up my Saturday. I had to keep my dogs in.

Great service and communication. I was on the fence about paying someone to do this chore for me, but I’m so happy I did! It’s so nice to not have to think about scooping poop, especially in crummy weather!
