We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard gets muddy or the cleanup keeps getting pushed to tomorrow, it starts showing up fast on shoes, paws, and patio time. That is exactly why our Ruston, Washington team makes dog waste cleanup simple for pet parents who want the backyard to stay usable without adding another weekly chore. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we keep the focus on practical help that fits real life.
Ruston has a lot of outdoor movement built into daily routines, from the waterfront around Point Ruston to the roads that carry families in and out for errands. That kind of regular coming and going makes a clean yard feel even more important, especially when dogs head straight from the gate to the grass and back again. A recurring Dog Poop Removal Service keeps the mess from building up between busy days, so you are not trying to catch up right before guests arrive or after a stretch of wet weather.
In this part of Washington, damp ground can linger, and that means waste does not stay an invisible problem for long. Wet weather can leave behind muddy patches, tracked-in mess, and odor that hangs around the places your family uses most. If your household spends time outside near Point Defiance Park, or you are just moving through Ruston Way traffic and home again, the last thing you want is to come back to a yard that needs one more job before anyone can relax.
Recurring service helps because poop cleanup works best when it stays ahead of buildup, not after it has already taken over the side yard, fence line, or the path to the back door. We can keep your routine steady with visits that match the pace of your household, and the first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service. That first visit gives us a clean starting point, and it gives you a faster path to a yard that feels ready for kids, dogs, and weekend plans.
If your family is trying to make the backyard more usable again, we can help you spend more quality time outside with the people and pets you love, footloose and worry-free. Our Ruston team is built for convenience and reliability, with service that is handled by people who care about pets and yards. If you are ready for less weekend chore pressure and a cleaner space to enjoy at home, reach out and start recurring service with POOP 911 today.
Our Dog Poop Removal Service in Ruston, Washington is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. There is no contract, no commitment, and there is never a cancelation fee. Put simply, you can expect a carefree experience from beginning to end.

The service has been great and much needed. My only issue was the initial sign up process online that added extra services that I wasn't able to remove until I called and asked to correct it. Which they were very helpful with doing without issue. I'm happy my yard is clean, with having two dogs and a small yard! Thank you!

So my mother in law has had these ppl come for 2 years. She canceled last year due to the fact these people kept leaving our gate open and our dogs have gotten out countless times, well they said it wouldnt happen again so she kept them. Now it happened again today. This is totally unacceptable. How do you not make sure when leaving people's property TO MAKE SURE THEIR GATE IS CLOSED SO THEY DONT LOSE THEIR PRECIOUS ANIMALS?! I would advise to not go with this company. They denied ever doing it but was 'happy to cancel' 🙄

Absolutely horrible! I called this company to start service, spent 20 minutes on the phone getting questions answered giving them my debit card information and scheduling an appointment. The following day when they did not show up, I checked my email and there was one email that just said “sorry we cannot make it to your house. We have a full schedule.” It was unclear if that email meant they could not take me on as a new customer or we just needed to reschedule. I emailed them back twice. Never heard a reply. I left them a voice message. Never got a call back , I hate that this company now has my bank account information and I cannot even get a hold of them to tell them I want nothing to do with them anymore and please delete my account!

Love their service. Always gets the job done. No complaints either. I LOVE how they never forget to close the gate either. And great communication with customers.

They showed up on the first day and I met with the person. I explained to her that she would need to call me to get into the back yard so that I could make sure it was safe for her. She confirmed I wanted her to use the number I provided and I told her the door bell would not notify me. She proceeded to only use my door bell and would then leave without calling me or attempting to access the back yard. This company is impossible to get ahold of and is not worth th headache when a service is expected.

The service was great! I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The packages are tailored to your needs and affordable. A representative from the company communicated with me the day prior to service and the day of service. I am very happy with the results! Definitely keeping their services.

Really trying to get in contact with them! I’ve called the customer service line many times and “emails have been sent”. We had our home serviced once before during one of our moves. They continued to bill me and I couldn’t get in contact with any other than one of the workers who texted me once (that they were on their way). Long story short, I paid a balance from continued service that I tried canceling. My card has since expired and they have continued to bill me. They sent a balance of $27 to a collection agency. I paid that just to avoid the headache of what could happen. They are now trying to send another $27 bill to collections. I have called you guys, emailed, texted. You serviced us ONCE 2 years ago. STOP CHARGING ME. Call or email me to resolve this.

I started my service with them in November. At first things were great. There were a couple of times they didn't show so I messaged the tech and they were off that day (Friday before a holiday). Ok, I can understand that. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. No biggie. Last week I realized at the end of the day that no one came to service my yard. I emailed them to find out what happened. I got a reply that the tech was hit with Covid and should be back on schedule the following week. I was surprised that they didn't have backups if someone called in sick since I do have a weekly reoccurring schedule. So I thought maybe I'm expecting too much and need to adjust my expectations. But it would have been nice, again, to have been told that service wasn't going to happen that week. Not ideal, but at least I would know. Well, here I am again the following week and no one came to service my yard. Once again I did not receive any notification. I thought when I emailed them back last week to say that I hope the tech feels better and that I must have missed a message telling me they would not be able to do my yard would be a subtle nod (a bit passive aggressive I know) that they should do it next time. I just got a new dog today and needed to upgrade my service, but instead I'll be canceling and going with another company. Poop911 is not reliable. And worse, they do not provide good customer service. I hope they realize good service isn't just the tech's responsibility, it's the whole company's.

Such a great service! My husband and I work a lot and don’t have enough time to clean our backyard so this service is a plus for us dog owners. Thank you!

It’s difficult for us to get to the yard to take care of it like we should after our dogs. Poop 911 is an AMAZING service we are lucky to have found. We have been using them over a year now and are very happy!

We have 3 furbabies and rely on POOP-911 to keep our property beautiful. No joke! The pups aren't going to pick-up their own poo and we don't want to do it either! Our property is on the larger side and their service is thorough and worry free.

This is the best service you can imagine, especially with 4 dogs. They come twice a week to pick up poop then spray to eliminate the urine smell. I will always use Poop 911 and highly recommend them to anyone that hates scooping poop themselves.

Signing up for this service has honestly changed my life! I hate HATE scooping after my 3 dogs and would procrastinate on it to the point where we didn’t use our backyard. Now, I’m excited be outside and am fixing up my yard. Best part is It’s very affordable and they take the poo away!!! No more smelly bags and smelly garbage cans. Absolutely recommend! 10 outta 10!
