Very disappointed in the service, most of the time very obvious piles of waste are left behind in my yard. The tech claims to show up however there is obvious proof that he did not: lack of security footage, visible waste in the yard, no trace of waste disposed in trashcans. When asked about it, he made excuses. Just overall unsatisfied.

We had our first visit from Poop 911 today. Austin was our servicer. He did a great job on the pick up. He was very personable and friendly. We had selected the 30 minute walk service and I gave Austin the information about Milo and what he likes on his walk. I showed him a couple of leash and collar options that Milo preferred and off they went for a nice 30 minute walk. Not everyone is so enthusiastic about walking a 120 lb Great Dane but Austin stepped right up and they both had fun. All in all it was a great experience for all of us. Look forward to seeing you in two weeks Austin!

It's unfortunate but they are no longer a good choice. Apparently they sold or something. Service had really been going down hill anyway. They gave me the same crap as the lady below. Been coming here for literally years, we have no lock on the gate and the excuse of " we couldn't get in your gate" came up. Yeah no you just have some techs that didnt wanna work that day lol. Needless to say I'm onto scoop soldiers. So far so good. Cheaper too!!

I’m extremely disappointed with this company and can no longer recommend them. I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 3 years, but since the ownership changed, everything has gone downhill. Without even a courtesy call, they’ve reduced the number of visits and now only come when they're "in the area," which is far from what I originally signed up for. The most frustrating part is that the new person who came didn’t even clean up properly—they dumped the poop in my own trash cans! They had the nerve to email me saying it would cost almost $4 per pickup if I wanted them to dispose of it themselves. While I didn’t mind that part as much, they also informed me they’ve adjusted schedules, and now they’re only available once a week instead of three. This is unacceptable, and it’s clear they no longer care about their clients or the quality of service. Such a shame, especially since the previous team was amazing.

It is amazing how quickly service can go downhill. We have been using the service for over a year, no issues.. Blake had instructions on how to open and close our gate, techs never had an issue. We received notification that the management had changed.. first service was today, 9/10, and I received an email that the yard was inaccessible. I called customer service and after a 7min wait was met by a rude man named Chris (I believe is what he said).. he said corporate took over and to expect a learning curve.. I noted I was told there were instructions on my gate, he said there were none. He was rude and I asked him to cancel, he hung up on me without any confirmation. Really great job, corporate!

These guys do a wonderful job, but they are as mysterious as the little elves that sneak in at night to help the cobbler make shoes…they get the job done but I never see them. Usually the next morning I can tell that they have been there. Our dogs have certain spots where they go and it’s all gone. I usually leave early and come home late plus my wife is bummed up with foot surgery. So we haven’t got around to being responsible with our dogs. I always get a text beforehand and let my wife know the Poop Ninjas are coming!

Fantastic Service! They are very easy to work with. They show up on time everytime. Clean the yard and make sure even the gross runny ones are picked up and leave no evidence of poop. They leave a note when theyre done and even shoot a text when they are on their way over. Highly recommend them. And the price point is the best i have ever paid THANKS POOP 911. Yall rock.

I've been using Poop 911 for a few months, and they have done a fantastic job each week. I chose their service because we were going to have my son’s birthday party, and we wanted to put a bounce house in the backyard. All I can say is....WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG?! I can finally walk around my yard again! And let's be honest, the dogs are probably the most thankful because as much as I want to stay on top of it, I just didn't. It limited the areas they're free to go. This use to be a really great service until the company was sold and new management took over. They NEVER answer the phone and they have left my backyard gate open multiple times therefore my dog has gotten out. If I were able to clean my backyard I would quit this service in a heartbeat.
