Good service, great technicians, good price. You'll love having a poop free yard (and so will your meighbors). Techs inform me if their arrival and departure for my convenience. Love this service.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard gets muddy after a stretch of wet weather, or when the grass starts growing faster than the weekend schedule, dog waste can pile up in a hurry. That is where our Shrub Oak branch comes in. We are locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we focus on keeping your outdoor space cleaner, easier to use, and less stressful to maintain.
If your home is part of a busy family routine, with dogs going out between school runs, errands, and backyard play, recurring cleanup can make a real difference. Shrub Oak sits in the Lakeland Central School District, and the area’s local roads and trail access points mean a lot of households are in and out all day. A consistent cleanup plan helps you stay ahead of the mess instead of trying to catch up right before guests arrive or the kids head outside.
In this part of Westchester County, the practical problem is not just one bad spot. It is the combination of daily dog traffic, damp ground, and the way a yard gets used for quick breaks, play time, and last-minute grilling. Westchester County’s trail system and local preserve spaces, including the North County Trailway and Kitchawan Preserve, show how much people here value outdoor time, and that same mindset applies at home. A cleaner yard means your patio, side yard, and play areas stay more usable, even when the weather keeps switching from wet to dry.
Recurring service is especially helpful when you do not want to spend every weekend doing a sweep before the backyard can be enjoyed. We can keep up with the regular buildup so you are not dealing with odors, step-in surprises, or that nagging feeling that you should have checked the lawn before letting the dog out. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easy to get started without turning the first visit into another chore on your list.
Our service is built for real routines. If you have one favorite part of the yard where the dogs naturally return again and again, we focus on the spots that matter most and keep the rest of the space ready for family time. That is one reason customers in Shrub Oak often benefit from a recurring schedule rather than a once-in-a-while cleanup. The yard stays more consistent, the mess stays more manageable, and you get more footloose and worry-free time outside with the people and pets you love.
If you want a convenient, reliable pooper scooper service in Shrub Oak, our team is ready to help. We make it simple to set up recurring visits, and we work with the kind of everyday yard use that happens around here. Reach out today, start with the free first cleanup, and let us help you enjoy a cleaner backyard with less weekend pressure.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. The website offers a bait and switch promotion, offering a free first week if you sign up for weekly service. Their website boasts “ There is no contract, no commitment, and there is never a cancelation fee”. However if you try to cancel your weekly service, they tell you that THERE IS A THREE MONTH COMMITMENT and if you cancel before three months, they “adjust the cost” to their one time service rate, to the tune of nearly $200 for a single visit. Sounds like a CANCELATION FEE to me. Not worth it. Buyer beware. Do not waste your time with this company.

I have had the Poop 911 service for over two years. The cleaner comes weekly and takes care in walking a fairly large fenced yard and cleans it efficiently. I haven't had a problem with their work. This is one less thing I need to worry bout in my busy schedule.

We got over charged by over 400 and got half of it reimbursed. We were getting the run around from the company and the local scooper (?) 2 years later we now are getting pestered that we owe money (EXACTLY THE SAME AMOUNT THEY OWED US!) and are threatening to send to collections. Bad bad bad. This business stinks (pun intended)

Poop 911 was a great investment for us because we have three dogs. At the beginning we had a little problem we were getting charged and the person wasn’t showing up. Let’s say they were fired. Invest in the Ring that is how we discovered it. Months have gone by everything is great being charged three times a week like clockwork until I want to stop service for the winter and resume in the spring. Out of nowhere I see a charge for $500 from the company saying these are back charges from visits. An argument began because my accounts showed they were paid on a regular basis. So now my bank is handling this faulty charge. It’s too bad to we really liked working with them. Postponing for a couple months and they charge me unacceptable it doesn’t say anywhere that I would be charged. No we are going to be looking for a new company in the spring.
