I wasn’t able to answer the door when Poop911 called, so I called back 30 minutes later. The cleaner, Daniel, followed the instructions I gave for the job and had already cleaned the backyard when I called. He was so quiet, my dog didn’t even notice. I would have never known he was there if the backyard wasn’t spotless when I checked. 100% worth the money.

Thought this was too good to be true. The person that came was there 20 minutes max and left a bunch of poop around my yard that was obvious to see.

Steve, owner, came to meet with me so I could show him the areas I needed dog waste picked up from weekly. He was very pleasant and kind to talk with. I didn't expect him to clean up the waste today as it wasn't the day he'll be coming. But he took it upon himself to do it while he was here and was very thorough. I would suggest anyone needing some yard waste, or any other things he does, to not hesitate and call him for your needs. I have 4 dogs and use a walker so this service is ideal for me!!

Edit: I’ve been reviewing my bills and it’s possible that one of my current bills is a week late and corresponds to my service from last week. I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt because I REALLY want to use this service. I HAVE heard back from the owner and I’m sure he will correct the issue as he has done in the past. I have adjusted review my score to reflect the correction of my issue. **************************************** I continually have issues with being doubled billed or being billed for service that isn’t happening. It has happened in the past and I’m in the process of trying to resolve another instance right now. My expectations are very simple. 1) notify me before you arrive for service so I can make sure my dogs are inside 2) Bill me after the service, not before 3) don’t bill me twice for a single service. Not unreasonable.

These guys are excellent. I have been using them for 3 years now. Zac is the best service person they have. Please give Zac a raise :) They are always on-time. They do a great job of getting all the poop. Zac and Steve will play with my dogs when they are out when they come. Very responsive.

This has been a life saver for us, we are very busy and cleaning up the yard is not high on the list. But it is so pleasant to play outside with our children and dog in a clean, poop free yard! At first it was ok. Consistent with time (morning). Then few weeks later, they didn’t show up until 6pm! Sometimes there still poop left so I had really no idea if they came over or not. Never called, texted, email - they’re not the best people to communicate. I called couple of times and left a voicemail - never gotten a return call! I checked their website to cancel my service and remove my credit card, it keeps showing no cards found. No billing statement, no upcoming services yet they keep billing me! This is unacceptable. Atleast pick up the phone or email me and not just completely ignore it. I understand you guys are busy but atleast fix your website, if I can’t talk to an actual person, give me an option to navigate my account!

I signed up for service on may 5th for every other week. First visit two people arrived saying they're behind schedule and that this would be a three person job, minimum- he asked if they could come out next week I said ok. The following week ONE lady came out and finished the job. What upsets me is that Even Though I signed up for every TWO WEEKS ! They came out The Following Week AND tried to just withdrawal payment for services I did NOT Authorize! The customer service was terrible ! Lied to by the first two, the second came out with an attitude and then I get billed weekly when I only authorized bi-weekly AND there's still poo not picked up ! Just Terrible!

I have been a customer since August and all of a sudden they stopped coming with no notice at all I have been calling them for two weeks straight and no one even calls you back. I am so frustrated right now. I am going with another service this is beyond frustrating and they do not communicated with the customer.

I was so pleased with this service! I have 2 dogs & I hadnt kept up with the mess & it was just too overwhelming. I ordered this service entirely online and within a week POOP 9-1-1 came and cleared it all away. This is a service I don't feel like I can live without now!!
