I have two large dogs. I'm a little up in age & still work. Time is not always available. Poop 911 is wonderful. They come weekly I'm able to get the grass cut. The dogs love it. I just love ❤️ there service. Thank you 😊
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard is getting a lot of use, the cleanup can pile up fast, especially in a place like South Hills where families are out on the grass, the patio, and the driveway, then back inside again. That is why our South Hills POOP 911 team is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and why we keep the service simple for real households that just want the backyard to stay ready. South Hills is part of Allegheny County, and the county’s South Hills Area Council of Governments, along with nearby South Park and Pittsburgh’s South Hills neighborhoods such as Brookline, Beechview, Overbrook, and Carrick, gives this area a very everyday, lived-in feel. We built this Pooper Scooper Service for those real routines, not for a template.
Spring and summer can mean fast grass growth, more time outside, and more chances for waste to disappear into the lawn just when the yard is busiest. That is especially annoying when you are trying to get the kids out the door, get the dog settled, and keep the patio usable for dinner or a quick visit from friends. Recurring service solves the part most pet parents do not want to think about twice. We show up on a set schedule, clear the high-use areas, and help keep the yard in a cleaner, more predictable state so the whole family can actually use it. In a neighborhood set-up where you may be coming and going through local roads and daily errands, that kind of routine matters more than a one-time rescue clean.
Our work is especially useful when the yard is the main place your dog plays, naps, and patrols the fence line. We focus on the spaces that get the most foot traffic and the most dog traffic, because that is where the mess becomes a daily nuisance. If you have a busy family using the backyard after school, before dinner, or right before the weekend, recurring visits help keep the grass cleaner and the play area more usable. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, so it is easy to get started without wondering if the yard is too far gone to catch up. That first visit gives everyone a clean reset, then the regular schedule helps prevent the pileup from returning.
South Hills also has the kind of weather pattern that can make cleanup timing feel inconsistent. Allegheny County’s official parks pages show that South Park serves families year-round and offers trails, fields, and seasonal recreation, which is a good reminder that local outdoor routines do not stop and start neatly with the calendar. When the ground is damp, the grass is growing fast, or you are dealing with a stretch of mixed weather, it is easy for waste to become harder to spot and easier to step in. Recurring service helps stay ahead of that. It also helps with odor in warm weather, especially when the backyard gets full afternoon sun or the dog spends more time outside than usual. That is the kind of everyday problem a good pooper scooper routine should quietly remove from your week.
If you are planning around South Park, a school pickup route, or a quick drive through Brookline, Beechview, Overbrook, or Carrick, the easiest cleanup plan is usually the one you do not have to remember. We make it convenient, reliable, and straightforward, with service that fits into normal home life instead of disrupting it. You get a cleaner yard, fewer step-in surprises, less weekend chore pressure, and more footloose and worry-free time outside with family and friends. If you want a local South Hills team that understands how pet mess actually affects a real yard, let us get you on a recurring schedule and start with that free first cleanup.

Best poop picker uppers around…I love that the humans come and clean my yard. I enjoy a big ole dump or two in my yard and watching the humans pick it up makes me laugh inside. I can’t wait to poop in the yard again and have poop911 pick that crap up. Thanks poop911, you’re heroes in disguise. -Reuben

Don’t use this company, they have given me nothing but problems. The communication is horrendous, the amount of times I’ve had to go out and double check the work of their employees and clean up what they forgot, I also paid for the spray and hardly ever got that service completed. To get ahold of somebody is like trying to pull teeth. If I was the owner of this company I’d be ashamed in the poor work and poor customer service.

I have two large dogs and developed severe pain in my knees that made it difficult to walk let alone clean up after two dogs. They come as expected, pick up and haul away all that poo! They text before they get there, so you know they're coming, which I appreciate. Great job!

Great company to work with. They have been scooping our yard for a few years and they are communicative. They communicate things to you without you having to ask a thing like rescheduling due to weather or employee call offs. Cheaper than having your grass cut.
