This service is great! They notify you the day before they come. They notify you when they are arriving and when they leave. I’ve been using them for nearly 2 years. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Of all the services and extra expenditure's that we have cut out over the last few years trying to save a penny, this isn’t one of them. Great people, and a service that is SO worth the minimal cost. I’d rather have a clean backyard than another streaming service or other app thing that $9.99’s me to death. It’s one of those services that you didn’t realize you needed until you try it. Awesome company and seriously great folks to work with. When I don’t need them (dog boarding etc) they are an email away and don’t punish me for skipping a service. And in the very rare instance of terrible weather (tornado, snow etc) and they can’t make it, they always reschedule promptly. I stopped my service over the summer and it became my kids job to do. When they started back to school I fired them and hired Poop 911 again. I saved a few bucks a month with the kids, but Poop 911 is more reliable.

You'd think people that deal with animal waste all day long would be unpleasant to deal with, but this company takes customer service to another level. I receive a text message before every service so I can be sure to handle our "alarm system" (our 110lb dog). They always let me know when they are leaving and can return back to business as usual. They also come rain or shine, even more so than the post office. If a day does get missed though, they could not be more apologetic and reassuring that we will get an off schedule visit. My kids have played more in our back yard this last year than in the total time we have lived here because our yard is free from 110 lb dog "stones". This would not be possible without POOP 911. Thank you!

I needed some help keeping up with the yard and my dogs after my baby was born in June. I searched for a service and they popped up with great reviews! They are very kind, always send you a text when they arrive and then when they leave. And then are great in communicating when their schedule has to change (if applicable for holidays, emergencies etc). Would highly recommend!

I have been using this service for probably 5 years. They are amazing and understanding. Provide great communication through text. Always flexible, I have had them change days for events etc. never a problem. This is something I did not want to do myself having two large dogs and was so happy to learn of this company. Poop 911 and their team that services our yard are friendly and prompt. They will add to your file if you have special instructions like a gate lock or any requests. We recently took on a foster puppy. During her quarantine time from our dogs. We added the front yard to our service. The benefits of having them come out and keep our yard clean vastly out weighs the cost.

The technicians are reliable and thorough. With two dogs and a good sized yard, you can imagine the little surprises if not cleaned up! Their system allows the technician to text several minutes before their arrival and when they have finished. The rates are reasonable and Tiffany is very responsive and customer centric which is rare! Highly recommend this service. I gave 4 stars only because their website (account updates) needs a little enhancement but that’s minor.
