We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Keeping up with dog waste can get away from you fast, especially when the yard is part play space, part potty spot, and part weekend hangout. In the Sunnyvale area, our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, and we know how quickly a few missed days can turn into a bigger chore. That is where recurring dog poop pickup helps. It keeps the yard cleaner, cuts down on odor, and makes it easier to enjoy the space without doing a surprise scan before every step.
One common setup we see is a busy homeowner getting ready for guests after a full week of work, school drop-offs, errands, and dog duty. The backyard should be the easy part, not the last-minute cleanup project. With recurring service, we can stay on top of the high-use spots, like the fence line, side yard, patio edge, and the favorite bathroom corner your dog seems to find every time. That kind of steady care helps keep grass more usable and reduces the chance that waste gets missed when the lawn is growing fast or the weather has been changing from one week to the next.
Recurring cleanup also makes sense for households that use the yard every day. If the dog goes out several times before breakfast, again after work, and then once more when the kids are outside, waste builds up in a way that is easy to overlook. A regular schedule gives you one less thing to think about, and it helps keep muddy paw traffic, odor, and step-in surprises from becoming part of the routine. That is especially helpful when you want the patio and play area to stay ready for people, not just pets.
We make it convenient to stay ahead of the mess. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and after that we come back on a schedule that fits your yard and your routine. That consistency matters because dog waste is not just a one-time problem. It keeps coming back, especially in the spots your dog prefers most. By handling it regularly, we help pet parents in Sunnyvale spend more quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free, instead of circling the grass with a bag in hand before anyone can sit down.

I would recommend Poop 911 for yard waste clean-up. Jose did an awesome job removing my Hazels' poop. He also helped me attach a new steel coated water hose as she had destroyed the rubber coated one. Puppies what can you do. Thank you so much for sending such an amazing technician. I look forward to having Poop 911 clean my yard so Hazel and I can relax and not worry about the mess.

Headache free service. They come exactly when they say they’re coming, do exactly what you understood they promised, charge you exactly what you agreed and understood you would be charged, highly responsive to concerns, and adjustments in service plan. Everyone from actual tech to lady who organizes appointments is friendly and helpful

We always checked yard afterwards, was somewhat cleaned up , but still had some waste still there. We also PAID extra to have waste not left here and to be removed. Today I happened to be home and was watching to make sure they did not leave waste here, nor put into our trash can. It was bagged up and placed into our trash can. I went outside told employee that we pay to have it removed not left in our trash. He did not care, he got into truck and left. I called # on website and talked to Armondo (?), he said he talked to employee & told them we do pay extra to have waste not left here. When I mentioned we had a neighbor tell us the dog waste was always placed in our trash can. He laughed & said if we are going to be watching them then they no longer wanted to serve us. Made me laugh & I tell him that they just needed to refund that extra charge each week from any of our previous services & hung up. Don’t pay extra for waste removal, because they just put it in your trash can along with others they service.

I loved that I was able to book my service online, and they came promptly, on the date I scheduled and took care of my yard!

Very poor customer service. I called to inquire about service and the deodorizer they use and Armondo wouldn't tell me the brand...VERY SKETCHY! If you are going to spray something in my yard, I have a right to know what it is. He said "no I don't want to do the spray, ok goodbye". Like what?? Way to lose a sale buddy! I will HAPPILY go to a competitor...STAY AWAY!!! Reply to Owner Response: Correct, I have never used your service, which is why I asked what CHEMICAL you are spraying in my yard. If it is "all natural" then it shouldn't be an issue sharing. And it is MY DECISION as the OWNER of my dog, to determine what is best for her, NOT YOURS!

I’ve left reviews for Poop911 before, but I am here again to say, they are still doing great! It has been a couple of years now that we have used their services and they are still giving 100% excellent service. Always professional, always doing the best work possible. We’ve not had one reason for complaint and will enthusiastically keep using Poop911 for all our pet waste removal needs. I highly recommend them to everyone!

they yard is clean and the person who comes to our house is always professional. would strongly recommend using this service if it is available in your area

We needed a deep clean waste removal and our patio sprayed off. They don't offer time frames so it's just whenever they show up. He stayed 5 minutes, didn't hose the patio, picked up just what he saw for 5 minutes and left. He didn't show up til around 5 pm so my guess is we were the last house and he just wanted to mark us as complete and finish his day. Going to hire a different company.
