We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
If the backyard is where the kids play, the dog runs zoom laps, and guests end up gathering after work or on the weekend, pet waste can get in the way fast. The Sunnyvale, Texas branch of POOP 911 is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand how quickly a yard can go from usable to “we need to clean this before anyone steps outside.” Our Dog Poop Service is built to keep that everyday mess under control without adding another chore to your list.
In this part of Texas, yards can pick up waste faster than people expect, especially when dogs use the same favorite spot near the fence line, patio, or side yard. Warm weather can make odor more noticeable, and a stretch of busy family days can let cleanup slip just long enough for buildup to become annoying. That is where recurring service helps. We handle the regular pickup so your grass, play space, and patio edges stay cleaner between visits, and you do not have to spend your free time hunting for missed piles before you let the dogs out.
A lot of pet parents in and around Sunnyvale are trying to make the yard work for real life, not just for appearances. Maybe you want the space ready for a family cookout. Maybe you are trying to keep muddy paw traffic down after a rainy stretch. Maybe you just want the backyard to feel good again when you open the door for the dogs. Recurring POOP 911 service helps with all of that by staying on a steady schedule, focusing on the places dogs actually use, and keeping the cleanup consistent before waste has a chance to build up. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easier to get started without feeling like you are paying twice to get back to zero.
We also know that the best service is the kind you barely have to think about. That means predictable visits, dependable cleanup, and a simple routine that fits around work, school pickup, errands, and weekend plans. If your dogs have a favorite bathroom area, or if the high-traffic parts of your yard are always the same, recurring service keeps those spots under control so the whole space feels easier to use. It is a small change that can make a big difference when you want to spend more time outside with family and friends, footloose and worry-free, instead of doing another sweep of the yard first.
If you are ready for less weekend chore pressure and a cleaner backyard in Sunnyvale, let POOP 911 take dog waste cleanup off your list. Sign up for recurring Dog Poop Service today, and we will help keep your yard cleaner, fresher, and more ready for everyday life with pets.

I would recommend Poop 911 for yard waste clean-up. Jose did an awesome job removing my Hazels' poop. He also helped me attach a new steel coated water hose as she had destroyed the rubber coated one. Puppies what can you do. Thank you so much for sending such an amazing technician. I look forward to having Poop 911 clean my yard so Hazel and I can relax and not worry about the mess.

Headache free service. They come exactly when they say they’re coming, do exactly what you understood they promised, charge you exactly what you agreed and understood you would be charged, highly responsive to concerns, and adjustments in service plan. Everyone from actual tech to lady who organizes appointments is friendly and helpful

We always checked yard afterwards, was somewhat cleaned up , but still had some waste still there. We also PAID extra to have waste not left here and to be removed. Today I happened to be home and was watching to make sure they did not leave waste here, nor put into our trash can. It was bagged up and placed into our trash can. I went outside told employee that we pay to have it removed not left in our trash. He did not care, he got into truck and left. I called # on website and talked to Armondo (?), he said he talked to employee & told them we do pay extra to have waste not left here. When I mentioned we had a neighbor tell us the dog waste was always placed in our trash can. He laughed & said if we are going to be watching them then they no longer wanted to serve us. Made me laugh & I tell him that they just needed to refund that extra charge each week from any of our previous services & hung up. Don’t pay extra for waste removal, because they just put it in your trash can along with others they service.

I loved that I was able to book my service online, and they came promptly, on the date I scheduled and took care of my yard!

Very poor customer service. I called to inquire about service and the deodorizer they use and Armondo wouldn't tell me the brand...VERY SKETCHY! If you are going to spray something in my yard, I have a right to know what it is. He said "no I don't want to do the spray, ok goodbye". Like what?? Way to lose a sale buddy! I will HAPPILY go to a competitor...STAY AWAY!!! Reply to Owner Response: Correct, I have never used your service, which is why I asked what CHEMICAL you are spraying in my yard. If it is "all natural" then it shouldn't be an issue sharing. And it is MY DECISION as the OWNER of my dog, to determine what is best for her, NOT YOURS!

I’ve left reviews for Poop911 before, but I am here again to say, they are still doing great! It has been a couple of years now that we have used their services and they are still giving 100% excellent service. Always professional, always doing the best work possible. We’ve not had one reason for complaint and will enthusiastically keep using Poop911 for all our pet waste removal needs. I highly recommend them to everyone!

they yard is clean and the person who comes to our house is always professional. would strongly recommend using this service if it is available in your area

We needed a deep clean waste removal and our patio sprayed off. They don't offer time frames so it's just whenever they show up. He stayed 5 minutes, didn't hose the patio, picked up just what he saw for 5 minutes and left. He didn't show up til around 5 pm so my guess is we were the last house and he just wanted to mark us as complete and finish his day. Going to hire a different company.
