I used this service for roughly 2 months. The beginning they booked me an appt and then sent an email saying they were closed and didn’t come until the following Friday. There was another weekend they closed because it was too cold. There is no way to skip a service on your account and no way to cancel anything. Poor communication.

Horrible company! I was quoted a weekly fee and was told first dog waste removal was free. Company showed up a day late for appointment and then charged me for the first service after quoting a free first service and the worst part is they also told me the weekly services would be double the quoted charges! When I told Bella the owner I could not afford to pay double the quoted price weekly and asked why price doubled when my dog breeds and yard needs were openly discussed when quote was given, she then said I would be charged a cancellation fee of almost $75!! How can they charge a cancellation fee when they want to charge double the quoted weekly charge and are not willing to negotiate fee. Bella the owner was very rude as well during our emails back and forth. I called customer support for help since I did not want to deal with her and no one has gotten back to me. Very unhappy customer! Beware of this company they have very bad customer service and are very unprofessional!! I would not recommend Poop911
