Very dependable! Customer service is spot on as well!!! I would recommend them to everyone.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
Backyard time in Travelers Rest can go from relaxed to gross pretty fast when dogs are using the yard every day, especially when rain leaves the grass damp or the weather turns warm enough for odor to hang around. That is exactly why our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families. We help keep the yard ready for the moments that matter, not just the moments when you finally notice the mess.
For a lot of households here, the problem is not one big cleanup. It is the steady buildup that sneaks in between school runs, errands, and dog potty breaks. In a town connected by places like the Swamp Rabbit Trail and North Main Street, it is easy for family schedules to get packed before you even make it to the back fence. Recurring Pet Waste Removal takes that chore off the list so the yard stays usable instead of becoming another weekend task.
When kids want to play, guests are on the way, or the dog wants to head straight outside, a cleaner yard makes everything simpler. We focus on the spots that get used the most, like play areas, side yards, fence lines, and the path your dog takes over and over again. That matters in Travelers Rest because local yards can shift quickly from dry to muddy, then back to grown over and hiding waste again, which makes missed cleanup more likely.
Recurring service helps because it stays ahead of the cycle. You do not have to spend your Saturday scanning the grass or worrying about step-in surprises before the family heads out. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, and after that we keep the routine moving so your yard is cleaner, easier to enjoy, and less stressful to manage. If you are trying to spend more quality time with family and friends in the yard, footloose and worry-free, that steady schedule makes a real difference.
Many Travelers Rest pet parents are juggling busy days, and that is where a dependable cleanup plan pays off. A family getting ready for a weekend cookout does not want to start by checking every patch of grass. A homeowner returning from errands wants to let the dog out without thinking twice. A branch visit from POOP 911 gives you that practical breathing room, because we handle the dirty part on a routine that fits your yard and your week.
We also understand that local outdoor life often includes more than one use for the same space. The same yard that works for fetch in the afternoon may need to look presentable for guests later that evening. Our service is convenient, reliable, and handled by people who care about pets and yards. That means you get cleaner grass, fewer odor issues, and a better shot at keeping patios and play areas ready without chasing the cleanup yourself every few days.
In an active area like Travelers Rest, recurring service is often the easiest way to stay ahead of buildup before it becomes obvious. If your household uses the backyard daily, or if your dog has one favorite stretch of grass that gets all the traffic, regular visits keep that space in better shape. It is a small routine that saves a lot of time, and it helps the yard stay ready for the next game, the next gathering, or the next quick break outside. If you want a cleaner, lower-stress yard in Travelers Rest, sign up for recurring service and let us keep the cleanup handled week after week.

This place is horrible. They canceled your weekly service in order to accommodate their schedule, and the manager hangs up over talks to you. It will not resolve your issue. Please do not use the service. They are horrible.

I'd love to give them more stars but they never showed up to do the work. I scheduled an appointment and received an email the day before they were to come out, stating that they don't service my area. Ok, but it clearly states in two separate places on their website that they do. Two months later, they're still showing up as in my area due to not updating their site. It'd be nice if the services offered near me, were actually offering services near me.

They pick up our puppy's poo poo once every 2 weeks for about 12 dollars a week. And they are like Ninja's, you get a text letting you know that they are 9n their way, and you never know they were here. One of the smoothest services I've ever subscribed to.
