Very dependable! Customer service is spot on as well!!! I would recommend them to everyone.
We scoop the poop.
You relax and enjoy your yard.
When the yard starts getting used every day, the mess can add up faster than most pet parents expect. In Travelers Rest, that often means muddy paw traffic after wet stretches, then a faster buildup once the grass starts growing and the family starts spending more time outside. Our local POOP 911 branch is locally owned and operated by pet parents for pet families, so we understand why a clean yard matters when you want the space ready for kids, dogs, and last minute plans without one more chore waiting on the weekend.
If your routine already runs through town for school drop off, errands, or a quick trip near the Swamp Rabbit Trail, the last thing you want is to come home and spend your first free hour cleaning the yard. We help keep that part of the day simple. Recurring service means the yard stays on a steady cleanup schedule, so you are not playing catch up after a few busy days, a rainy spell, or a stretch of fast growth. It is one of the easiest ways to keep the backyard usable without turning every visit outside into another task.
Travelers Rest families who use the backyard often tend to notice the same thing. Once the dogs have a favorite path along the fence, around the patio, or through the play area, waste can build up in the places you step most. That is where routine service pays off. Instead of waiting until the whole yard feels like a project, we keep up with the high traffic spots so the grass, patio edges, and play spaces stay cleaner and easier to enjoy. The first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service, which makes it easier to start fresh and then stay ahead of the mess from there.
We also keep the service practical for real life. If the gate is on the side yard, if there is a narrow path to reach the back fence, or if you want us focused on the areas your dogs actually use most, recurring visits are built around that kind of routine. That convenience matters in a town where people are moving between home, school, and errands, and where outdoor time tends to happen in short windows that you do not want to spend cleaning up after pets.
If you are ready for less weekend chore pressure and a cleaner place for family time outside, POOP 911 is here to help. We make recurring cleanup easy, reliable, and worth keeping on the calendar, so you can spend more time in the yard and less time thinking about what needs to be picked up. Contact the Travelers Rest team today to set up service and keep your yard footloose and worry free.

This place is horrible. They canceled your weekly service in order to accommodate their schedule, and the manager hangs up over talks to you. It will not resolve your issue. Please do not use the service. They are horrible.

I'd love to give them more stars but they never showed up to do the work. I scheduled an appointment and received an email the day before they were to come out, stating that they don't service my area. Ok, but it clearly states in two separate places on their website that they do. Two months later, they're still showing up as in my area due to not updating their site. It'd be nice if the services offered near me, were actually offering services near me.

They pick up our puppy's poo poo once every 2 weeks for about 12 dollars a week. And they are like Ninja's, you get a text letting you know that they are 9n their way, and you never know they were here. One of the smoothest services I've ever subscribed to.
