Would not recommend. I signed up and was supposed to have my first service today. I got a text at 8:20 that they were 10 minutes out. I responded that I was 20 minutes away and would be there to nope the gate. Was home by 8:40 and let them know. They replied at 9:28 that they had tried to enter the property and couldn't, so they left and would be back next week. Looking at my cameras, no one ever approached my house during those 20 minutes.

This place is horrible, and Claudia is as well. I was home when technician the best she says came to my home to do my yard. He did the back porch and never went into my yard. I reached out to express my concerns she sent him back to do the job. What got to me is that she said he was apologetic, and my issue was yes because he got caught. she then reached out to me as I was in a meeting working to ask where the can was, I didn't respond because I wasn't near my phone or no it at the time. He left the bags in front of my garage instead of in the back which would make more sense. but that is not the part that got me upset. It was the fact that he didn't eve do the yard and only came back and apologized because he was caught. I reached to tell her I wanted to cancel the service this was my first service call basically their first impression. She then responded blaming me saying why did I watch I'm and why did I not tell him where my yard was now How did I know that I had to show him where the yard was when he came into my yard and decided not to do the job and just got caught. she decided to blame me, and I called her weird for that then said to not contact them again and I said that is the point of me telling you to cancel this account. Horrible service horrible experience horrible technician Claudia is horrible as well. He would have never come back if I wasn't here and didn't notice he never went into my yard to begin with. I get wanting to take up for your employee but come on If I sign up for a service to have poop cleaned in my yard why do I need to tell your technician where the yard is if he was in my yard and left without doing the job. As a customer should I not have called and complained that the service was not done. Do I not have a right to no longer do business with the company that wasn't a good first impression and I shouldn't have to monitor if you do your job that I am paying you for. She gets offended and blame the customer. Then says we did the service twice lol Maam how did you do it twice when he didn't do it the first time?? yeah, she is weird. If he is your best and been with you for years, why do I need to come out and show him what a yard is? And if so, why wasn't I informed that for the first visit you will need to be present to show the technician what a yard is? the text said the technician is on his way. Horrible Use another service if you can they are horrible!!!!
