We loved poop 911 for years but new management came and it declined rapidly. Same yard, same dog, but missed piles, trying to rectify the missed piles was met with us being required to take pics of each pile send it in then our tech still missed the piles, and rudeness from Nathan after he said he returned. I have never expected perfection but when things are missed I just ask for it to be corrected. Claudia the old manager was quick to fix any of these things and rarely did it happen under her watch. so sad to watch a good company decline like this.

Should have started this service long ago. The guys come like clockwork every week and take care of a chore I hated doing myself. They send you a text when they’re on their way, and another when done. The techs are extremely polite. Well worth it.

I've been a customer for several years. This company has been great. They communicate when they are arriving so that I can make sure my dogs are put away. They are in and out and do a great job. They are easy to communicate with about changes to my account- change in number of dogs or when I need to change days. etc. Highly recommend.

I'm going to be honest, my experience has me totally baffled. This company has amazing reviews, and the offer of a free first service seemed tantalizing. I set up my first appointment, and set it to reoccur every week. Card on file, set up my portal, the works. The day of service arrives, and it shows a window of 6am to 11:59pm. They've apparently assigned it to someone, so I felt confident it would be taken care of. Except I got no calls, no texts, and absolutely no one showed up at my home. I was ghosted. I called the office at 5:30pm, and they close at 8. They didn't answer, so I left a voicemail with my concerns along with my contact information. According to Google they're open Saturday and Sunday. No one called me back. The portal removed my 12/12 appointment. It doesn't show up in my previous appointments, just that someone is going to come out the 19th. Honestly, the entire situation is frustrating and unprofessional. As soon as I'm able to cancel it all I will, and I'll find a company with communication skills. Edit: the response is not an apology, and still doesn't address that this company completely ghosted me and won't return my calls. Very unprofessional and I'm cancelling everything.

Have been using for about a year and I am happy! They never leave the gate open which is the most important thing to us. The late spring/summertime visits are great and they never miss anything. The fall/winter visits are not as consistent because our tree has leaves that look similar to poo when on the ground and it can be easy to miss the actual poo. Overall would recommend!

Horrible!!!!!!!! I can not reach any human what so ever. They send me an email stating they are on the way. I have my daughter's put my dogs up, come home from work, for them to text me an hour later saying that no one is available to service my area when I have had plans. If I knew they were not coming I would have cleaned my yard myself on my day off. This is a horrible experience. I do not recommend them at all. I saw a truck in an apartment complex with there number on it. But I guess they dont work in tulsa. Huge let down. Major inconvenience. And very poor customer service!!!!
